My son had a frozen pipe burst in his basement and flooded his basement. We contacted several plumbers-some didn’t even call us back and still haven’t. I contacted C&D Potter Plumbing and they came out later that day, looked over the issue and found a shut off so we weren’t without water. They came back and fixed the pipe the next day-they went above and beyond. We appreciated them coming to our aid and helping with the frozen pipe issue. We highly recommend Chris and Deseree-they were a pleasure to work with and appreciate all they did for us during such a stressful time! Call them-they are truly amazing! Job was completed in a timely fashion and very reasonably priced. Call them for your plumbing needs.

We’ve experienced nothing but the best when working with C&D Potter Plumbing. When you have a plumbing issue, you really need the reassurance that someone is going to come help, they’re going to complete the job to the best of their ability, and they won’t be leaving you with future problems. You get all this and more with Potter Plumbing. When you’ve got an issue, you can rely on them to give you all the info needed to remedy it. My husband is pretty handy and fixes lots around the house himself, but when it came to the sewer backing up into our home- we needed a professional, and quick. You can trust them to charge a fair price and to get it done when they say they will. Hope I don’t need them again soon, but glad I know who to call!

I rarely leave reviews online but I will do an exception for this company. I have been using C&D Potter Plumbing a few times this past year. I found them after two other plumbing companies failed to address an issue with a shower head, both inflating the repair needed and trying to overcharge me. Chris came and he managed to fix my problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. He was even able to find the origin of the issue. I have reused their service a few months later to change a garbage disposal. Again, they were efficient and fair priced. From my experience, they are competent, honest and efficient. Desiree is handling client communication in a very prompt, kind and compassionate manner. I can only recommend their service to anyone who is looking for working with good people. N. David

I tried to use C&D again this year but it never happened. I called Desiree to schedule Chris to fix our sink. I hired them several years ago to fix a toilet and Chris came out. I do remember it was hard to nail Chris down. It’s like I was bothering them to do the job. This year when I called about my bathroom sink, Desiree asked me what kind of job it was and she asked to send her photos. I did and she ghosted me. She did mention something about pedestal sinks not fun. I literally texted and called them throughout December with zero luck. I finally asked them to tell me if they wanted my business. They didn’t even have the respect or decency to say no. They must have enough easy work to pay their bills.

Bottom line, be warned they are not dependable when you need a plumber.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I bought my home about 6 years ago and my pipes to my kitchen sink would almost freeze every winter. I would have to open my cabinets and put a portable heater underneath to prevent freezing. That became a hassle so I called Chris. He came out and insulated my pipes and I haven’t had a problem since! The wind chill is -4 today and my pipes are fine. I didn’t even leave a drip on the faucet and the water pressure is powerful. He also fixed a leak in my basement. I have referred this company to family and friends and I have Chris on speed dial!
