Chris with ACD&P came out the same day I called to my dad’s house. I am not local and he needed help replacing the gas line to install his new dryer. I was relieved to find a company that seemed competent and able to come out quickly. And that answered the phone immediately!
Chris did a stellar job, even running to Home Depot for an extra part, and charged a fair rate. I am completely satisfied with the work completed on my dads behalf and would definitely recommend!

High recommend working with Arch. Chris was personable, thoughtful, and thorough with his work. Not only was he willing and able to do the work we called him out for (a frozen drain pipe for our laundry room) he suggested, and then completed, additional measures to help further prevent our issue and improve our whole laundry room for more winters to come! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Chris came out and changed the anode rod on my water heater, and boy, did it need it! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rip me off, but explained what was needed and offered a reasonable price. Very grateful to have found this great company and will put them on my favorites list in my phone for all drain and plumbing needs.

I went to Facebook for recommendations for a plumber, and many recommended arch city plumbing, so I gave them a call. I was getting bids for a pipe that needed snaked and they were definitely the most reasonably priced and came right out and fixed the problem. We so appreciate having someone we can now call for future issues! They did amazing work and would recommend again, and will definitely use again! We worked with Chris and he was super informative and easy to work with!

Went to Ferguson supply Romuss Ct. In St. Louis mo for a single piece of pre ordered 1 1/4 pvc pipe. There were no other customers at the counter yet it took them 10 minutes to bring me the wrong size and an additional 10 minutes to bring the right one. Damn Ferguson, you SUCK. Thanks for completely wasting my time

They charge more than double that of other people and did not stand behind their work. Due to the extreme pricing I had a different company come in and camera the line and just found that it was not cleaned out properly. They told me one price over the phone and then when the guy got there he charged another $60 higher than the highest price they gave me on the phone. He tried to charge me $265. On the phone they said it would cost between $150 and $205, But since there’s poop in the basement they probably think they can charge whatever they want because who’s going to turn away someone that is going to clean up the poop in the basement

Use Drain King LLC. he charges $59 to cable the line and $89 to camera it.

We have used Flow King several times for our business in the Westport area and they always do a great job and are extremely friendly! The service is very professional and they get the job done quickly at a great price.

Awesome service. Responded immediately during a once in lifetime arctic freeze (-30) for a burst pipe - fast, fair price, and super responsive. Definitely will hire them again.
