Service was great. Fast, polite & on time! No complaints about the work or the technician who performed the job. Will consider in the future if & when needed. Price was competitive & fair, but not the "cheapest". Quotes are because you DEFINITELY get what you pay for, so cheap isn't always what you want. Ijs.

I used Flow King Rooter for several jobs on my fixer upper. They were super helpful and worked with me to get everything done properly at a lower cost as we did a lot of the work ourselves. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use their services again in the future.

Our sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher was clogged, and we were worried about water damage. Our flow king plumber (Mike?) was great. Well informed and fixed the problem in minutes.

These guys are AWESOME!! We had a complicated master shower project and Silvio and his team were punctual, often staying overtime to get the job done, professional, and knowledgeable. Plus there is a major resemblance to Ed Sheeran which made the project fun. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with a water heater at one of my rental homes not being installed up to code. The county inspector noticed a permit was never pulled during the re-occupancy inspector, so I was asked to have a licensed plumber fix the code issue and pull a permit. Flow King rooter gave me a competitive bid to pull a permit and fix the issue, and they did a good install, and responded quickly.

UPDATE: We run into an issue with the permit showing up in the county system, apparently due to backlogs. Silvio immediately reached out and helped me sort this out.

First time I used Flow King. Scott was amazing! He quickly diagnosed and fixed a plumbing issue in my master bathroom that other professionals were not able to repair. Looking forward to using them again.

We had to have plumbing work done for the sell of our home in Florissant Mo.. Scott was the technician was great to work with. He was very professional and made sure all the repairs were completed by closing. Great Company to work with.

I needed a new indoor main installed and didn’t know where the external shut off was. Missouri American Water charged me to come out for an emergency shut off (they won’t locate it for you in Stl county). The guy obviously had to locate it in order to shut it off but it was clogged with debris so he left without shutting it off... (emergency shut off, remember?).
Flow king showed up when Mo Amer Water was leaving... two guys from Flow King worked for two hours to clean out the shut off and get it done. Worked through mud, toys and six golf balls to free it up (I live near a golf course... I guess some kids used it for a putting green 20 yrs ago) Saved me from having to dig the yard up!

The WORST experience I have had with a service company! Plumber came out and didn't have a clue what he was doing! They were suppose to give us a quote for the repair, but it never came. They we talking about cutting holes in walls, changing pvc to copper, etc... We had a Reputable company come out and fix everything in an hour and it's Warrantied!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT TO OVERCHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS THAT AREN'T NEEDED!!!

Quality work. Plumber was professional and timely. He answered all my questions. They were up front with the quote, so no surprises. It was easy to get an appointment. I would recommend Flow King.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Long story short they had to repair a toilet issue improperly fixed by two other plumbers. They were fourth coming, professional, and honest. They did the job in one afternoon and cleaned everything after. I also liked that they showed me the work as they did it so that I understood what they were doing. I can’t say enough good things. They are worth it!

The experience from beginning to end was much less than desirable. Communication was subpar at best, and the work discussed during the walk through for the bid was completely convoluted in the written bid - mind you this bid didn’t arrive until after multiple phone calls where he ultimately stated “I’ll go out to my truck and write it now.” The timeline for the requested was work explicitly stressed prior to agreeing to their bid, and I believe it was only agreed to as a “money grab”. We had another highly professional master plumber come in after the work was completed and pointed out several points that should have been made by this company. Luckily, lesson learned so they will not be retained for our remaining 2 investment properties nor those in the future. It’s a shame that integrity means so little among those in this trade as of late. They thought they were pacifying and doing me a favor by offering money off at the end, but I can play the game just as well.

I called with a stopped up toilet, and Mike was sent to help me. He was to arrive between noon and 2 and her was here right at 12pm! He took care of the toilet, checked out an issue i was having in my laundry room and took care of it right away. He was super friendly, informative, and took care of my problems in no time at a very good price! I will totally call Flow King next time i have a problem. Mike was the best!!

The guys were great…very professional and communicated with me the entire time they were working. They are a bit more expensive than most companies…@$300 to snake one kitchen drain…but they were already here and I felt obligated to allow them to do the work. I don’t think I’ll be using them again due to them being a lot higher than competitors that are just as professional and knowledgeable…customer service is great…

We had the pleasure of working with Silvio and Dave, of Flow King. They were very prompt and professional. We were advised of the total fee before they even started working. They were very thorough and knowledgeable about project we hired them to do. We were pleased with their work and would definitely call them again in the future.

We had four burst pipes in our master bathroom on Christmas Day! As a result we had no running water in our home. Silvio and crew came out the next day after having worked until 4 AM and fixed the problems. They were professional, courteous, competent, good humored and quick. I can’t say enough positive things about them! They are my new go-to plumbers. Thank you!

I would give Josh more stars if I could. Recently had my faucet, toilet and tub spout installed all in one day. Josh did a great job👍🏼He had let me know my options and the prices up front. The prices was reasonable to me. He did a great job explain all the steps and answering any questions that I ask. I will definitely call for Josh again if I have any plumbing needs.

The pipe flowing water to my toilet was damaged and broke when I tried to replace the valve. Flow King was the only service I could get to come out to my house at 9pm to get it fixed. They sent Josh and he did an awesome job. He was upfront about the cost with me, did a great job, and cleaned up his mess when he left. I highly recommend this company, especially Josh.

Mom had a company clean her septic tank in February, 2019 since it was backing up in basement. As the year continued, the backup began again. Mom contacted the previous company to come clean the tank again and was told a new one was likely needed. After months of dealing with the mess, I contacted Flow King Rooter on Mom’s behalf and spoke with Silvio. I explained the situation and what had been done earlier in year. Silvio knew based upon the price paid for the previous service, the septic tank was not fully cleaned. He explained, in order to clean the tank properly both sides are cleaned, the tank is then power washed and pipes checked. The previous company did none of this. Silvio, along with Mike, came by the next morning to see what was needed. Mike was able to determine the tank was not clogged on the side leading from the house to the tank. Based upon the soil being rocky, Silvio immediately took care of getting the utility lines marked, acquired the equipment necessary for excavation and scheduled a time for 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Silvio explained the process needed completely and provided a quote/work order within minutes. Silvio and his team located the tank, discovered only one side was cleaned, learned the other side was never opened and the contents were solid. The tank was pumped out properly and power washed. During this process, Silvio discovered the pipe leading to the drain field was broke and clogged. To confirm the drain field was properly working, they power washed the pipe and since the drain field received the water and it did not return to the tank, the drain field was good to go. He replaced the pipe, put concrete where needed and installed new lids with risers to bring tank up to code and easier to clean when needed. As they completed the project it was discovered the pipe leading from the house was cracked and in need of replacement. The excavator continued to dig until the iron pipe was located. They replaced the pipe leading from the house to the tank and put concrete where needed and recovered the tank and pipes with the soil. All was complete. All of this was done at a reasonable price and explanation was provided at every step. I would highly recommend Silvio and his team for any plumbing related needs.
