While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!

Silvio and his team are amazing and efficient! Not only did he come out and inspect our issue within hours of us calling him, he came up with a plan that same day and started repairing the problem the very next morning. This morning I was in a bit of a panic thanks to an unexpected plumbing incident. I tried contacting a few other companies that indicated they provided 24x7 emergency service, but not were able to help for days. Silvio answered quickly and responded in such a way that I knew I was finally getting some needed help. He had Michael arrive within an hour to assess the situation and shortly after Owen (who had been on standby at a local plumbing supply company) arrived and completed the repair. Called on December 20th and they scheduled a time from noon to 2 right away that same day. 3 other places couldn't get to me and we needed hot water. I will update on how it goes but so far they are getting 5 stars for their responsiveness and timeliness.

My water heater went out on one of the most celebrated days of the year...New Year's Eve. I called B.C. Plumbers and because it was late, the professional walked me through what to do to turn it off. Early the first day of the year, he was there as promised. I didn't have to call him to remind him. He went to work immediately and in no time I had hot water. B.C. Plumbers are very dependable, knowledgeable and, most importantly, they have very reasonable prices. Most companies will charge extra just because it was a holiday but not them. Keep up the excellent work. B.C. Plumbers has all my business from here on out.

The first time with Anthony he came to my house & immediately left because no adult was home. We were literally 2 minutes away. Anyway, made a second appointment for three days later & Anthony NEVER showed up nor called to either reschedule or to at least say he wasn't coming. I sat at home all day for nothing! I will never do business with this company nor would I ever recommend them. How unprofessional. You try to support black business & this is the outcome you get! 😠
