Very courteous and professional! I have had Kerry and Dar'Rel come and open up drains and take care of backups. They always do an excellent job and check up to make sure everything is working how it should. I cannot recommend Tope Plumbing enough to anyone that needs work!

As a real estate professional, Tope is great. They turn bids around quickly and are always competitively priced. They've completed several jobs for my clients. Will definitely continue to use them.

I was in a bind and I called Tope plumbing for a sewer scope (after another company couldn’t). Tope came out the next day and replaced the cap on the sewer stack and was able to provide the sewer inspection!! Highly recommend!!

I called tope plumbing a month ago because we needed a broken sewer line repaired and another line cleared. I was told 3-4 business days to receive a quote and given an email to send the images from the building inspector to. I made follow up calls after one week....and then 2 weeks.... and finally today. Each time I was told that I could expect a bid, soon.

Today I received an email stating simply "I recommend Finch Plumbing. Thanks."

I am in the service industry and if we aren't interested in a job or are booked out several weeks, we typically let the customer know rather than stringing them along for a month and then sending them to a competitor. This has also caused us to push back our closing date on the building purchase.

We have used Tope twice in the past three years to clean out tree roots in our drain. Both times the technicians were great. They were very thorough and explained everything to us and even gave us tips on how to prevent the growth of the roots. I've used other companies in the past for this work and Tope is by far the least expensive with the by far the best quality of work.

I've used Tope ever since buying my first home ... for the initial inspection and to cable my main sewer line a few times. They have always shown up on time ... and everyone has been professional and friendly. I'm always happy to pay for this service rather than doing it myself ... well worth it.

We first called Roto Rooter who told us that we had a collapsed or broken lateral line under the house and it would be at least $7,000 to fix it. I called Tope for a second opinion and Allen came out and did a hydroflush that solved the problem for $300. I am so impressed with Tope and thankful for their professionalism and expertise. They saved us a ton of money and unnecessarily tearing up our yard. I will continue to use Tope for all plumbing needs: everyone we’ve worked with from Tope has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We have used Tope for years to clean our sewer line due to tree root issues. They are always professional and minimally invasive. In 2020 we had a different sewer issue that occurred on a Sunday that we had to have an emergency technician from another company come and handle. While addressing the issue they told us they could not fix it and that we would need to excavate part of our basement and replace an entire line in order to fix the problem. We had Tope come out shortly after to get a second opinion. Not only did they take care of the problem for a fraction of what was suggested to us, they explained and showed why it happened so we can proactively address it on our end rather than continue to bleed money into it. I highly recommend their services.

Mark from Tope Plumbing was awesome. He did a thorough and accurate job cleaning out my sewer lines and then video-taping the three breaks he found. On top of all that, Tope's bid was about 1/2 of that of Hoffman Brothers and Roto Router. Thank you, Tope Plumbing!!

Professional, courteous crew, pricing was competitive. Care and attention to detail; they left adjacent yard area undisturbed, provided good cover and were very respectful of the surrounding landscaping.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and called Tope Plumbing in the early afternoon and they dispatched a service tech. scheduled for 1pm the next day.
The call was received by a very professional Service rep. in the office who answered my questions, concerns, and scheduled the appointment.
The next day the Service tech., (Tyler), arrived 1/2 hour earlier than the appointment time. The repair was made in a timely and expeditious manner, especially since he has to rod it out from the stack on the roof during intermittent rain.
It was refreshing to be serviced by a company with employees that display great customer relations skills and work ethic.
Truly a pleasure to do business with !

I requested to have a sewer line inspection. The technician that came to my home was Darrell he is very courteous and professional! He did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Darrell and Tope Plumbing!

I called Tope plumbing to come cable my drain for me due to a sink hole I had. MSD said it wasn’t there issue so I contacted them for help. Tyler was awesome with the info he gave me. Tope plumbing came back out to use there camera to see if I had any cracks due to a sink hole next to my sewer out in the front yard next to the street. We are trying to see if we need a clean out drain and also see if it’s a lateral
Issue. Darrin came out this time and was also very knowledgeable and let me know what he was finding throughout the process and was very sweet. I recommend Tope plumbing and will use them in the future if need be.

Tope Sewer to the rescue!
We had a backup in the basement last weekend, so I called Tope on Monday morning. I said it wasn't an emergency, so they made us an appointment on Friday (today) at 8 AM.
Kyle was here promptly at eight, was here just about an hour, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean – I can't say enough about how pleased we are!!
I would give more than five stars if I could. ❤️

Tope Plumbing did such a great job of correcting our sewer lateral problems. Kim kept us informed about schedules and every person who worked on the project was so courteous, so professional and so competent. They kept us informed every step of the way as to what they were doing. We highly recommend this company. We will call them any time we might have issues in the future.

Kim is excellent on the phone answering any questions or concerns you may have and setting up an appointment for you. Mark was the technician that came and augered out my sewer line. He was very respectful, polite and so knowledgeable of the issue that was causing my problem. I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues I may have. Tope Plumbing is one of the best home contracting companies I have worked with. I own multiple properties and work with companies like Tope often. They are timely, fair priced, and easy to communicate with. If you have any sewer needs, they are the best in the St. Louis area.

Had Tope at my home recommended by the city of St. Ann, to do a camera inspection of my Sewer as recommended by my plumber...I had a construction friend look at their video, he couldn't see anything needing repair...so I got a second company to come out and camera the line as well...they also saw nothing needing repair...all I know is Tope was going to charge 5200.00 for things that 2 other people said don't need fixing...
