One hour work for $800 and an unwillingness to consider the real work done vs an "estimate" is the issue. Good work, on time. Poor response to the reality of an estimate of work vs what was actually done.

They arrived on time and solved a problem that ive been dealing with for months in minutes.

They also alerted me tp something major but put me in ease for how to deal with it

Tope plumbing is fantastic! They were quick to fix our sewer line issue in our fraternity house. I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

Didnt come by to inspect on a sewer lateral program. Told the city they came by and no problems. Had to spend more money for a re camera to show to the city the sewer lateral was bad. Inspector believed them. Never was reimbursed for extra money spent. It took alot for my sewer lateral to get fix. I paid for 2 inspections when I should have just paid for one.

I would avoid. They scoped our sewer lateral, sent a report, and I requested a bid to complete the repairs. I was told it would be 3 to 5 business days for an estimate. After a few follow ups, we have now be ghosted. Waste of my time and money.

Dr. Koch is one of the most compassionate and caring physicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He values your time, your concerns and addresses all issues with knowledge and professionalism. What a Blessing!

The technician was prompt, but not very customer service oriented. He found the problem and told me what not to do again. (Just like that.... ) He then left what he pulled out of the sewer drain in my front yard... 15 feet from the trash can. I called the office to ask if this was normal practice. I received a call back apologizing, but stating I would need to clean up the mess myself because the technician was too busy to return. WOW!!! Not only was this unsanitary, but also very unprofessional.

They came out charged us $150 and determined that they had to cable the home from the roof. Advised that it would cost an additional $300 for two people to perform the roof cabling. $450 for a maintenance cabling is outrageous. We had another company come out, one person, who did it in 1.25 hours. We saved a significant amount of money.

Tope Plumbing is always professional and friendly. There is a quick turn around for bidding and they have excellent cable/camera technicians at their disposal. Would always recommend!

Said they couldn't complete inspection because of sewer design. Promised to return within 30 days to recamera at a discount. But as you can guess when the call was made to get them to recamera the owner would never call back. After a week+ of calling And talking to the receptionist, I gave up and paid full price again at another plumbing company. This company is obviously only after the easy money of inspections !

Do yourself a favor and only pay once by using someone else other than Tope!

Very pleased with this company and their replacement of the sewer lateral. The quality of the work from the team was excellent. They definitely know their stuff, and the workers were polite and courteous.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This company has no problem damaging a sink and counter and leaving the elderly home owner (Marine Veteran) high and dry. How dare you!!!!! It was YOUR employee that did the damage and then you try to blame it on the contractor that put in the originally which was installed correctly. Do you feel better blaming your mistakes on someone else? You are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people and shouldn't have a license to own a business.

They are the ultimate professionals on the phone and in person. Tope’s Sr. Tech, Kerry Gale, was extremely knowledgeable and capable. Kerry was able to quickly assess what had been an ongoing sewer issue and resolved it cost-effectively within an hour!! Kerry fixed what several other companies over the years could either not fix at all or said they only could do so if they performed very expensive (and unnecessary) services.
We wish we would have known about and used only Tope from the beginning. We have a complete trust in them and will never consider using anyone else.
