They came to clear a line. The guy left oil on the driveway and said he would come back. Never did. Pretty amateur if you ask me.

Chaz Fields was professional and very thorough unclogging the stubborn sewer drain on 11/17/17. Chaz is a credit to his profession and highly recommended.

Be very careful that the quoted price is what you're charged. They seem to have a tenancy to upcharge after the work. I've used them several times.

I am leaving a review about the lady who answers the phone she is very rude and impolite I called to set up an appointment and after she gave me the cost I said thank you and she hung up I called back because I wanted to set up in appointment and instead of her helping me she became very rude and unprofessional her name is bonnie and her level of professionalism is very low. The company lose money because you have a ghetto person answering your phone whith horrible customer service

We use them all the time to clear our roots and address any clogs as we have a very old house. They get the job done every time and at a good price.

The technician "Mike" was timely, friendly, informative and diligent in getting my drain open and flowing. I appreciate his efforts...it was not an easy fix.. Thanks again Mike! I have you on speed dial just in case I need you in the future!

I can't even begin to say how thankful my family is for these guys!! Thanksgiving day our sewer backs but, from our cleaning lady flushing Clorox wipes the day before. It was a really crappy situation. They came so fast and were more than fair on price.. Thank you SOOO Much!!!

They made a appointment for 6 in the evening and never showed or called. What called in repeatedly and nobody ever bothered to return my call!

Makes things worse I can use my shower I couldn't wash any clothes can use my dishwasher cause the drain was plugged up there a crappy company

They showed up quickly and worked quickly to fix the issue of the basement drain backing up with sewage. The area around the drain that had the sewage was contained and avoidable but for some reason the workers decided to step in the sewage area even though I had placed clean pads around the area to be used to step on if need be. Didn't matter, I have poop sewage footprints in my basement, on the basement stairs, upstairs hallway, and leading into the living room and out the front door.

So now I have sewage contamination throughout the house to clean up all for a small area in the basement that backed up. I thought the pads would prevent any spreading of the poo but the pads weren't even used. No footprints on the pads.

I guess it's my fault for not asking them to not step in it and clean their feet. I didn't know that I had to ask. Most companies wear some type of booties on their shoes or something. Good thing that I don't have carpeting or else this would be a bigger issue. I just have a bigger mess to clean up and I have to clean it all up if I want to walk around the house without spreading it anymore.

At least we can wash our hands and use the bathroom now.

Just occurred (not old existing) Sewer clog for occupied rental house. Drain Medic man came out 3X over 3 nights, with me having to guard my renters possessions each time. Did not show on 2nd night and had to reschedule. Worker had NO TOOLS, OTHER THAN CHEAP HARBOR FREIGHT EQUIPMENT THAT WAS BROKEN AND COMPLETELY INADEQUATE. Did not unclog by end of 3rd night. Asked owner 3X to call me back to discuss. Secretary stated each time that owner would not call back, and that I owed a bill for no service provided.

I had a drain unclogged friday morning and by Sunday morning was exactly the same way, I called the office to have those guys back again to please check the drain and they told me they can't warranty their job. I paid $125 and I had to pay again, I told them that I can't pay again for the same problem 2 days later and thay were very rude and when I told them that they start yelling at me. I ask to talk to the owner and the phone was never answer again. So save yourself a bigger problem and call someone else to fix your drans.

Called on a Saturday afternoon...around 1:00. Jason was finished and gone by 3:00 and had an open sewer line! On a weekend! Open in 2 hours of call! Only cost $75! Unheard of. Requested several business cards to ensure we have their number for the next time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!.

Blockage of a kitchen sink.Came out same day we called. Had to be cabled from roof. One Tech breaking in a new tech. Both friendly and professional. Handled the clog quickly with good results. Up front with charges, no surprises. Happy with service.

I'D GIVE THEM A NEGETIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD. My sewer is backing up as i type, but am so put off by this joke of a company that I'm taking time to write this review. I had an emergency drain situation, and tried calling drain medics. They advertise $75 flat rate and don't even mention an emergency rate. So when I called to get a quote I was a little thrown off, said I was going to make a few other calls for bid. Trying to call back, and this is obviously a cell phone, and am being forced to voice mail. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Seems to me the good reviews are probably just friends

I will always use them! They were an hour earlier than what they said it would be. They were fast and efficient. Cheaper than the rest but not with quality. Alcee did a wonderful job. They'll be my first call if I ever have a drain issue!

After 5 minutes plumber told me my issue was a venting problem that he isn't able to fix. He sought to get his bosses approval to waive the fee... Apparently he could not get the fee waived... 100$ for 10 minutes, still have the problem. I'd recommend using another service, especially if it isn't a simple blockage.

Think you're going to kind of get what you pay for here, be careful. I used Drain Medics once a long time ago - because they're super cheap relative to other plumbing services for basic clog snaking - and that experience seemed to go fine enough.

I called them again recently for a clog in my washing machine drain out though, which was a much more sketchy experience. The tech said he couldn't snake it out; said he couldn't get past the trap and it was probably busted.

So I called a different company to talk about excavation. That tech said we should probably try to snake it again and he got right through it in hardly any time at all. You'd think snaking a pipe would be pretty straightforward, but I guess there's more of an art to it.

Lucky for me that second tech was honest and skilled. That went from a $2000 complicated excavation job to a $185 bill and less than an hour.

I'd rather pay Drain Medics $75 for the same work, but not if they're 50/50 on job completion and leading people into expensive excavation for nothing.

They didn't clear the drain correctly. They say they have a warranty, but refuse to honor it. They are refusing to come out again unless I let them charge me for more service calls and higher priced services.

They are as sweet as can be until they get your money. Then they will not even listen to you. BONNIE was very rude on the phone, claimed that there is no one else that I can talk to (said she is staffing the phone 24/7 and will not allow me to speak to anyone else there).
I called back to verify some information to make sure I'm filing my BBB complaint about the right company, and BONNIE hung up on me. Now they are not answering their phone. What kind of amateur operation is this???

Do not hire. I don't leave a lot of reviews but they earned this one. Had them out to unclog our sewer main. They used 60' of cable in a max 50' line and shattered my toilet. When I called the lady answering said she would call the guy who did the service. Over two hours of calls and texts back and forth she refused to let me talk to anyone but her and she knew nothing about plumbing. She said they were willing to replace the bottom half of the toilet. I said that was unacceptable and she texted back that they understood I was refusing their fix implying they would do nothing. After further discussion they finally agreed to replace the whole toilet but refused to camera the line to make sure they didn't ruin anything else. You can see the terrible install the did below leaving a caulk ring on the floor and not bothering to cut the bolts. I feel fully cheated. With no recourse but hiring a lawyer. They screwed up and fought tooth and nail to do the bare minimum rather than have any sense of customer service. I paid $75 for an unclogged drain and a terrible looking bathroom.
