I went in yesterday with a picture of what I needed and they asked me to come in the following day with the actual part to make sure they got me the right thing... I did and what amazing service. They took a real look at what I brought in... took it apart to make sure it all would work. I've not had service that great in a long while; and, it is really appreciated!

Absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful with good prices. They didnt have the length of pipe I needed for my complete order (had most of what I needed) but sent me to some one else who did. Highly recommend!

Mike was so, so helpful. Got on the phone with our plumber at one point. Talked to me on the phone the next day. A+, definitely recommend.

I only hope they open the showroom again someday.

Do not ever deliver to this place, my driver could barely back in with a 53 foot van because there is not enough room and then had 1 man unload half of a truck load for 4 hours.... Tried calling the company and some guy said he does not have time to talk to me because he is in shipping and could not transfer to receiving...

Very inefficient. Bad customer service. Extremely bad attitude!

Didn't show up, then lied about knocking on the door and no one answered. We're outside working on the lawn so I'm pretty sure we would have seen him walk up and knock on the door. Plus cameras are around the house 360. Don't ever do business with these trifling people...

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Lowes contracts this lousy company to install water heaters and other plumbing appliances. These ppl are rude,and they work is questionable. They rip ppl off and either don't do a good job to start with or they damage something else and then dismiss what they've done or caused back on to you the customer. They leave you feeling violated and duped. Never doing business with them ever again and will never recommend to anyone I know.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.
Would recommend!

I used Trio to install a water heater that I supplied around three years ago. Upon a new occupancy inspection last week I found that there were FOUR code violations with the Trio's installation and I had to spend an additional $570 with a different company to correct the errors. RUN from this garbage plumbing company.

I had to replace my water heater I went through @Lowes who contracted this company to my residence. My hot water has been nonexistent since. I recently discovered a leak I reached out and received a text stating I would be added to schedule the for Today I to wanted to get other work completed for my residence but today when the technician came he admitted to me and my carpenter that he was previously aware of the leak and knew there was a issue with the valve for the water pressure. He offered to assist for additional charges. The problem is if you knew it was a issue prior to protect the integrity of the work and stand by the company's quality of work I should have been given that as a option prior. I now have to find a new company to hopefully help me fix something that trio is perfectly capable of doing. I would've appreciated if the technician would've just cared

We ordered a new dishwasher from Costco, who contracted the install to this local company. The installer was quite rude - curt, unfriendly and frankly acted like installing my dishwasher was the last thing he wanted to do (which is probably true, but sir you have a job to do). He told me he hooked everything up but couldn't mount the dishwasher because I didn't have the correct mounting attachments - again, which is fine - but then he just left without cleaning anything up or testing the dishwasher to ensure it ran fine with no leaks or issues. He didn't even turn the breaker back on. So, I went to Home Depot, bought a mounting kit and did it myself. When I called his manager, I got pretty much the same attitude as the installer himself, so that checks out. At the end of the day, 0 out of 10, do not recommend.

I Called Lowe's To Get A Water Heater Installed, They Referred Me To Trio Plumbing, Within A Few Hours Trio Plumbing Called Me Back To Set Up A Day For Install, One Person Showed Up And Installed My Water Heater In 3 Hours, After I Was Told To Call The City Inspector To Set Up An Appointment, To Make Sure The Water Heater Was Installed Correctly, A Few Days Later The City Inspector Showed Up And Said Everything was Installed Correctly. Trio Plumbing Did An Excellent Job, I'm definitely A Satisfied Customer.

Trio was assigned by Costco to install my dishwasher. Scott was my installer and he did a great job installing my new Whirlpool dishwasher! His communication, speediness, and cleanliness was exceptional. Trio reached out in advance to keep me updated on the installation window which allowed me to better plan my rest of my day around it. Thanks Trio!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased a water heater from Lowe's which this company is contracted with to install in the area. Previously had a 40 gal manufactured in 2009 and they recommended replacing it with another 40 gal. We were consistently running out of hot water after the new install- several weeks and several service appointments later it was recommended by a second opinion that we needed a bigger size water heater for this size house, due to how they are newly manufactured. At no point during our install, conversations, or service appointments with Trio was it recommended that we had one that was too small, should size up, etc. I'll gladly pay for the new water heater but now they want labor fees associated with this cost. It was handled incredibly poorly by all parties (installer didn't clean up after himself, the manager was incredibly unflexible, etc.). Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Overpriced plumbing service, no free estate, they charging $90 to come out and give you a estimate and than they will give you a overprice..

The woman said they get service me tomorrow between 11:00 and 1:00 no one showed up. I thought it was fishy they would take an appointment on a Sunday.
