Wonderful company to deal with. We had a broken water heater and they were able to have someone come out quickly and take a look at it and give me an estimate for replacement. The estimate was very reasonable and despite some challenges with the pipes, they were able to replace my old system the following day. They were great to deal with and extremely professional. I'll continue using Orr for the foreseeable future.

They are responsive, investigative as to the cause of the issue, aggressive in addressing issues, easy to schedule, polite, nerds of all things plumbing, and a family business. I hired them to replace a water heater and they put in the hours trying to rectify the seemingly faulty new heater. I did not get the feeling they were trying to upsell or price gouge.

If you are like, “Who can I even trust to do a good job at a fair price?” I highly recommend Orr as the answer.

Great experience getting a water heater replacement. They were able to do it next day and for less than everyone else I could find. The installers were very nice and professional and did a great job. They'll be my goto company for all plumbing needs.

Had a backed up toilet from toilet paper. Within 2 hours of my service call Duke arrived and unclogged the toilet. Plus he fixed the running on after flushing by installing a new part. Excellent customer service and very friendly and professional.

OMG!!! This company is awesome! I will never use another plumbing company again! A friend of mine recommended Orr Plumbing, and I am so grateful .... they are the best EVER. I had a flooding emergency during the bitter cold weather and they came out right away. I recently used them again for some major plumbing issues. They were able to "correctly" and permanently fix everything (I have an older house that seems to have been rigged a lot by previous owners). They took the time to show me how everything was connected to the main, and what they did to resolve all of my issues. They even showed me how to do some seasonal maintenance! The CUSTOMER SERVICE, as well as the PLUMBER'S KNOWLEDGE ARE UMATCHED TO ANY OTHER plumbing company I have had used. To top that, their prices are more than reasonable!

Excellent service from Express Services Plumbing, specifically Mike M and Steven B. They went above and beyond with what they did for me. Highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing or leak issues.

No call, no show for an appointment. I called in the morning to confirm and ask if they could come earlier than the noon-4pm slot. They said they would be out between noon and 4. Called them at 3:15 and she said they were still coming. Called at 3:55, no answer and no one ever showed.

Can’t say enough about this company and the excellent service we received! I had just sold a home to my buyers and they ran into some issues with the plumbing. They were there the next day to diagnose the problem and quickly repair it, when others were telling me it would be 5-7 days before they could get to us!
