Simply amazing! This company was so helpful when my hot water heater went out and my home warranty company was giving me a lot of trouble about it. Mike is amazing and has wonderful customer service! The text that they sent out, Robbie, was so nice and so professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed. I am a licensed Realtor and my client was needing some plumbing work done to the main drain line and some other additional repairs in order to pass an occupancy inspection. We were under a very tight time crunch and Brice and his team came out immediately to assess the work, submitted an estimate same day and came back out two days later to complete the work. Permits also had to be pulled which added to the stress in timeline but Express Services Plumbing was exactly what their name stands for and does impeccable work. The staff and technicians were extremely professional and the repairs were very reasonably priced. They will be my plumbing goto recommendation from now on. Thank you!

We hired Express Services Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing to replace old pipes in our St. Louis home. The work was clean, organized, and completed right on schedule. Everything is running smoothly now.

Randy came out to check out an issue with a previous repair and was able to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgeable and let me know everything he was checking and doing. He also checked out my dishwasher that recently started leaking and let me know what the issue was. Will definitely recommend and use express service again.

They kept asking me to leave a review but I told them I wanted to wait until I actually received the service I hired them for. They had a technician come out a while ago but never gave me an update on what he found or what the "master plumbers" said. I followed up multiple times with Abby both Abby and My Technician were professional great people to chat with but at the end of the day, my priority was the service. And now it seems like Ive wasted months that I cant get back when they told me it would be next day. Now they have just stop responding completely. Im not quite sure why even send someone out to begin with.

I called at 8:30am desperate for plumbing help! Mike took all my info and said he would get back to me. At 11:30am I received a text with a photo of who would be coming to my house and a link to track their arrival in 28 minutes… and it was. Two very polite technicians came. They identified my problem quickly and fixed it. It was reasonable and I am very happy with the work. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my clients!

Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very careful and courteous. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Express service plumbing was the only service that sent someone the same day rather than having to wait 2 to 3 days. Needed a frozen pipe fixed and inside shutoff valves replaced Will definitely use again for plumbing.

Once again - Express Services has been amazing. Robbie not only did an excellent job on our shower, I had another issue and he took the time to help me investigate and gave me advice even if they don't end up doing the work. The work is done right and efficiently for a fair price.

Cannot recommend them enough! I had water running everywhere in my bathroom from one of my faucet pipes and this company came through when I needed them most. They responded after hours and in a very timely manner, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.
Before sending someone out, they clearly explained the different pricing and possible issues, which I really appreciated. The gentleman arrived quickly and explained that the faucet pipe under the sink had a crack that finally burst. He fixed the problem and even cleaned up after himself, including some of the water that had spilled in the bathroom.
Their pricing was very affordable, especially for an after-hours call. Once again, I can’t recommend them enough!

Mike and Frank were great. Showed me some issues that need an HVAC person attention as well. Great job and cleaned up everything. Would recommend to anyone.

First time dealing with express services plumbing for clogged sink drain. “Avery” was the plumber who showed up today. Top notch service and expertise from Avery! Quick turn around time from the time we called last night and job completed. Thank you so much for helping us out. I will recommend your company to anyone requiring plumbing/drain services. **UPDATED REVIEW**
Unfortunately, approx 3 weeks after Express Services Plumbing stated they "fixed" the clogged drain problem, it was not fixed. Due to the work not being checked for leaks after the work was done, the pipe had been consistently leaking for 3 wks and caused significant damage to drywall, carpet, and furniture. Express Services came back out to fix the problem that they created and charged the homeowner about an additional $800 to "fix" the plumbing again that they stated they fixed before. After they left the 2nd time and received more money for "repairs", again they did not check for leaks on the work they did the 2nd time. The homeowner was forced to call another plumber to fix the problem that Express Services Plumbing further created, since more significant water damage after 2nd visit from Express Services Plumbing. Per the licensed reputable local plumbing business who has been in business for decades in the St. Louis area they stated:
"It appears that 3" test tee was cut out and replaced when the previous plumbing company was here. A 2" coupling was installed above the test tee. The top glue joint of the 2" coupling failed. The glue joint leaked and caused further water damage in the basement bedroom. The line was also clogged when I got here. I ran 30' of J-Cable with 2" cutter through the test tee to clear blockage. Filled up kitchen sink twice to test. Line is now draining properly."...licensed plumber statement

If I could give 0 stars I would...our builder said to look there since we wanted a different bath tub than his standard....I took off work early so my wife and I could go there. When we went in the person who greeted us was extremely unhelpful and acted as if I was speaking a foreign language. We ended up walking out

Premier Plumbing is our "Go-To Supplier" for kitchen and bath fixtures and accessories. The staff was very professional and helpful in providing glass shower enclosures which added a high degree of elegance to the bathrooms in our home. In addition, we replaced several kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures as an upgrade to our home's interior.

We have redone two bathrooms in the past 5 years with Premier Plumbing. The products are amazing and the customer service is second to none. We worked with Betsy for both bathrooms and she took tons of time helping us find the look and finishes we wanted. Highly recommend this company!

I was VERY impressed by this company. I highly recommend them. We were very lucky to be able to get our new water heater installed today. The guy picked up our new one from the store we bought it at. He did a remarkable job with the installation. He even took our old one with him. He was very professional and nice. They were fast and efficient. He went over things with my husband that he needed to know. We had hot water within the hour! It was incredible! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be contacting you if we need anything.
