The repair work we needed was extensive, it required a backhoe and about 30’ of cast iron pipe to be unearthed and replaced (which turned out to be about 11-12 feet deep). The company came out A DAY IN ADVANCE to stage their equipment. They showed up the next morning ON TIME, energetic and ready to work! I was introduced to their crew, all of which were professional, and performed their assigned task to the hilt. After some time had passed, I went to watch them work, and was given a thorough education on a issue they had to overcome. The tutorial that was giving was mind blowing, only experienced plumbers could have recited this knowledge with hands on experience; at this point, I was convinced that the decision to hire this company was a prudent choice! Words are inadequate when describing how impressed I was by the services rendered, such that...the day the job was completed, I was making referrals. This company is a SURE FIRE bet!!!

The best! A water pipe in my garage broke and I called every plumber I could find in St. Louis and everyone was closed or not accommodating because of the weather. My neighbor found ORR Plumbing & I’m so thankful for this team! They saved me a lot of time and anxiety! They also fixed the problem in a matter of minutes!

They also came after hours & I think the charge was fair and reasonable!

After calling multiple plumbing companies to seek help for frozen pipes for my fathers home, Orr Plumbing was willing to come out same day where other companies were estimating 3-4 days. They were responsive & had the office staff call ahead indicating they were on their way which was sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival they were quick to work & after 25 mins the pipes were clear. They were also able to help his neighbor whose water heater went out. My father & I cannot express our gratitude enough! I don't often write reviews - it takes a lot to impress me in either direction. Daryl passed that bar. So knowledgeable, honest and good at what he does. The best experience with a repair person that I've had in a very long time. I called with a long list of issues, including broken shower valve, loud toilet, problem sink stoppers, dripping tap. He arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed each problem. He explained everything to me and most issues were more easily corrected than I had expected. Won't ever have to read another plumber review - found the one and done.

Duke came out to install our toilet. He was very kind, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient! He made sure it was properly secured and made sure it was up to code. I plan to use ORR for all my future plumbing needs.

Orr Plumbing Sercvices replaced a basement floor partial stack. Mr. Orr provided assessed what was needed and their office emailed the estimate. I accepted the estimate and the repair was completed in a reasonable time. They're plumbers are very professional and clean very well.

I’ve had 2 great experiences with Orr Plumbing! One at my personal residence, and another at a rental. They were timely, professional, and good at what they do! Just when I thought good customer service no longer existed.
Boy was I wrong!
From start to finish, everyone that I encountered, executed professionalism.
The technicians arrived within the time frame that was quoted.
My issue was a leaking water heater.
They resolved my problem expeditiously with precision.
Also, a very clean job might I add.

Everything about working with Orr was a positive experience. From the first person that did the evaluation to the office staff, to everybody who was on the job site to the last person who cleaned up the work area - everybody cared about my plumbing issue and made it a point to be proactive and helpful. My complete sewer replacement had several issues that could have been overwhelming but they just powered through each challenge. Fantastic service. Invited Daryl to give me an estimate to replace main shut off in my home. He showed up on time, gave very professional advice and quoted a reasonable price. The work was scheduled within a few days and was well done. Overall very professional, courteous and punctual service, highly recommend if you need work done on your plumbing.

We recently bough an older house and had Orr plumbing come out to help us better understand the plumbing situation in the house. The house had mostly galvanized plumbing and the hot water lines were beginning to show signs of restriction. The Orr folks came out spent an hour investigating and explained their observations to me in a clear manner over the phone. They provided an estimate to re-pipe the house, replace the water heater, and fix some odds and ends throughout the house. Orr's bid came in significantly lower than 3-4 other shops from around town.

When finally moved into the house, scheduling the work to be done with Orr was very easy. Again, the entire team was responsive and very patient with all of my questions. The work took about two days. The Orr team had about 5-6 plumbers out to do the work. They were all very professional, respectful, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up after the work. They did a quality job. Since having the work completed, I have had some other work and inspections done and multiple folks have complemented on the high quality of work done by my plumbers.

Bottom line, Orr Plumbing is a solid and reliable plumbing outfit that is locally/family owned and operated. I'm glad I did business with them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

They found the plumbing problem we have had for years, that no one we tried prior to Orr could even give us a definitive answer or resolve. We are so happy with the work and the guys who repaired the problem. Best plumbing service ever. Cleaned up all debris after repair and kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

Duke Orr came to fix our main pipe that was clogged and our toilet was clogged. Duke was very professional on time very nice man, he explained everything he was doing, my wife and I were very happy with the job he did we will only be using Orr plumbing from this point on highly recommended. My wife said the dad came out and did some work for us and she was very happy with the dad as well, Thanks Orr plumbing 5 stars Duke went beyond just doing the job he was also on time as well. In less than 24 hours, I spoke with the receptionist from Orr plumbing,I forgot her name .I was able to explain my situation and frustration , when I say she was very empathetic and jumped rite on it. She listened to me rant and then explained everything to me . Made my day. This is what I call customer service. I love to see companies not only LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, But understand and emphasize with the customer. They will always be a 5 star in my book . Thank you so much for all your understanding. Daryl is just awesome. He provides such great customer service. His mannerism made me feel comfortable with moving forward with his company. He was very patient. This is my second time using this company and they are perfect. First, I had a gas leak that others could not figure out, Orr Plumbing came and found and fixed all the leaks and got my gas cut back on. This time, I had a super backed up main drain. They came and worked hard to fixed the problem and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was cleared out. They are fairly priced, they actually show up when others just go ghost, and they talk you through the process as well! I highly recommend this company for gas, water, anything they offer!
