Jason was so wonderful. He spent extra time so he did not have to put a hole in our wall. Dunn plumbing has the most knowledgeable, professional and respectful plumbers. Our favorite is Jason and his assistant. They were true gems!

Came in and gave a quick and thorough inspection in order to provide an estimate. Said he can have an estimate to me in 3 hours.

I can’t say enough of their plumber, Jason Becker. We had a shower valve that stopped working and the plumber supply company kept pushing him to buy a whole new unit. He researched the part number and had me buy what was faulty bs a whole new unit I truly appreciate him. Thank you!

Today, Jason from Dunn Plumbing, Heating & Air in St Louis installed an Express Water RO5DX Water Filtration System. He had ingenious solutions for placement under the sink giving me maximum storage space remaining to accommodate my many supplies ---- the work of a master plumber. Jason also helped me select a new single-handle faucet with a pull-down sprayer and installed that too. I love it! I paid $450 plus $120 mandatory service fee. Worth every penny.

This company is efficient, prompt and communicative. Jason did an outstanding job with an outside faucet that was not an easy fix due to the pipe in a ceiling of a basement that was refinished. He did an outstanding job and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

I will say that I was shocked with the company, as our bill was many multiple times higher than quoted. The company did not include hourly labor costs in their quote to us, and we had an additional complication do to our dated equipment in the job. This combined led to a panicked moment when we received the bill. It would have been less shocking if pricing was more thoroughly communicated before scheduling.

Shannon fixed our problem and we are so happy with his work! We actually had other issues he looked at and fixed also. We highly recommend Shannon. EXCELLENT!! Very professional and
