Plumbing Masters were fantastic. We have an old south city home with all of the **charm** that comes with it, we originally had them come out for our hot water heater, which they replaced at a reasonable rate, and offered convenient financing. We were then so happy with their work we had them come back out to replace our very old toilet and bathroom faucet. They dealt with the old plumbing hiccups beautifully and completed the install in a few hours. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and the office manager was wonderful to work with as well. Needless to say, we will be using them again!

This company is really good! They scheduled our job very quickly, kept in touch via text, showed up at the scheduled time, replaced a kitchen faucet with a with a new one. And installed an under sink water filter system all in one hour! Unbelievable. They did an excellent job and with a smile! I highly recommend Plumbing Masters!

We needed a licensed plumber to replace our water main valve and install a new garage disposal. Quotes were provided quickly, visit scheduled within days, and quality of work was high. Very satisfied and will use them again!

Joe and Cody installed a utility sink in our basement and it went so smoothly, from Joe’s in-person estimate to the installation. Also, being able to text Plumbing Masters about scheduling was fantastic. Lindsay is great at communicating! Highly recommend!

10/24/25: This is my second review for Plumbing Masters. Brian and Cody came over and found the cause of a leak in our basement and repaired a pipe. They even got on top of the roof to make sure the leak was not coming from potential flashing issues, since the leak coincided with a recent rain. They discovered that a former plumber had drilled our bathroom sink/vanity into the pipe, and that screw rusted out and caused a leak 1.5 years later. Brian and Cody were thorough, professional, and just kind people. Highly recommend Plumbing Masters - again!!

Ricky Jr. was able to come out the same day and quickly install the needed shutoffs and clean out out kitchen drain stack that had been draining slow. He was friendly and personable as he completed the work and cleaned up.

Rick was great to talk with and extremely helpful. He had our shower issue identified and repaired quickly. Works fantastic now. Would definitely use you again in the future.

Brian handled the installation of our new dishwasher and garbage disposal with professionalism. He was personable, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterward. Additionally, he offered helpful suggestions for other projects without pressuring me to address them immediately.

"The Masters" as my family calls them are great! I have used them many times for small (fix and leak), medium (replace frozen pipe lines) and large (add a bathroom to my basement) projects. They are great to work with, have the best price point, are trustworthy, and professional.

I'm not super happy I called an "expert" to come out and tell me to replace my system. I wanted someone to repair the issues I was having with my perfectly good unit. The problem is no one repairs anything anymore. No one knows how they only do installs. Everyone who I have had come out including the gas company tells you that you should keep them as long as you can. Repair them until they leak but no one will repair them just an estimate for a new one. Garbage throw away planned obsolescence world we live in.

Fast response. Got my clog cleared and tech on site was able to schedule me for a scope later in the week. They came back a few days later and were able to email me my scope video. Tech mentioned the office is knowledgeable in working with cities when pipe needs to be replaced (like my situation), ‘looking forward’ to diving into that next and getting my pipes fixed. Thank you!
