JR plumbing was a great choice for my tankless water heater installation. They were highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. They have been great to work with for follow maintenance as well.

Had excellent experience with Bieg. I had several smaller fixes (replace saddle valves, replace outside hose bib/spigot, fix leaky main valve shutoff, etc). I really liked their approach to the job, i.e. they said it is a time and material approach, they were very upfront about the hourly rate, and visit charge. They gave me a rough idea of how long they thought it would take but said it would really depend on what the work involved once the plumber took a look at it (which was very fair in my mind). Was able to get an appointment that was just a few days out. The day of the appointment the plumber (Dave) was on-time, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. The outside spigot fix was complicated due the basement being finished and very limited access to where it came in the house. Dave came up with an excellent and simple solution for it. Very happy with the whole experience. I did get an estimate from one other plumbing company and they had much more of a corporate like sales process (had gold, silver, gold, band-aid options for each repair presented to me on an ipad ) and the band-aid estimate they gave me was more than double what Beig charged me. Highly recommend Bieg.

I called to have a garbage disposal fixed. We scheduled an appointment between 11am-1pm a few days later. On the day of the the appointment at 7:45am, they said they could come then or probably not at all as they were pretty booked up. I tried to explain that we had an appointment window, one of the bookings was mine, but they then could not guarantee they'd get to us. Do not schedule any appointments with them, they don't keep them!

We called Bieg Plumbing to have a faucet replaced...they booked us quickly and efficiently. The technician was a christian whose work was clearly done properly and with our satisfaction in mind. They also replaced our old hot water heater early with the same goals in mind. We are completely satisfied with Bieg Plumbing & Sewer Co. They have my highest recommendation. David & Lynne Wagner

My experience was very positive. Glen was on time, had superior knowledge of my problem, had the part needed and fixed it promptly. He was personable yet professional.
This is the first time I have used Bieg however will continue to call on you and will ask for Glen if possible.

I had a contract with a certain company to inspect plumbing issues once a year. Yesterday this certain company came out and told me I needed to replace the main sewer line because of some issues. Was originally told the estimate was around $5000; however, I just received the actual estimate and it is $10,000. My boss recommended I get second opinion. He said to call BIEG PLUMBING. Mark came out today and after inspecting everything, he said he found NOTHING wrong. Yes, I had to pay a service call; however, BIEG PLUMBING saved me thousands of dollars. I have cancelled my contract with the other company and now BIEG PLUMBING has a life-long customer. If anyone needs any plumbing needs, PLEASE call BIEG PLUMBING!

The two person team did a great job on replacing two vertical sewer stacks. They were hard working, made sure to cleanup any mess that was made and restored everything to the way it was before.

Only issue was communication issues between the corporate office and the plumbers on the job site. I was contacted twice about questions on work that needed to be completed and what was completed.

I would use them again. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for and I got high quality work.

Had to do a minor but important plumbing job. Got several quotes. Bieg was on the high side but based on other people's experienced with unlicensed plumbers we decided to go for it. Bieg was great: the estimator came to our place and produced an estimate. They then followed up to schedule the job. The plumber (Dave) came at the exact time and was super professional. Strongly recommend.

The two gentlemen from Bieg was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done, very professional, and took great pride in their work. They replaced a sewer stack.
The area they worked in was every bit as clean when they left as it was when they got here. I was totally amazed with their pride in workmanship.

Just moved into a house with terrible pipes. Plumbers in the past have left us with a bad taste in our mouth, and we were wary about trying out a new company. I’m so thankful to say we made the right choice in contacting Bieg. The plumber was professional, honest, and diligent. Not only was the service so much better than our previous company, but the price was better too. 10/10

I am so incredibly thankful for this company! We had a situation where we purchased a house with a failing well and did not have usable water. After months of dealing with other plumbing services and then weeks of trying to get bids to switch to public water, this company came in and took our needs seriously. This was difficult job because we live on a hill of solid bedrock - No contractors would call us back because of our location but this company not only called us back quickly but they rushed our job and got us done within 2 weeks. Everyone was AMAZING! From Bob and Den personally coming out to evaluate the job, to the workers being kind and professional every day, to Candace calling to give me daily status updates. They gave us the best service and we are so happy to finally have working CLEAN water!!

Bieg was prompt, pleasant and although there was some unforeseen additional work to get our job completed, we were informed the entire time and they kept the costs under the agreed contracted price. At one point they had 3 people consulting and working the job! Their laborer Jeff was awesome at drywalling and very knowledgeable (30 yrs experience). I completely enjoyed my Bieg Plumbing experience!

This past week, Glenn arrived to fix a plumbing issue and resolved it in no time flat. Thank goodness it went with no problems. I had to call the emergency line for Bieg Plumbing last night. Mike returned my call promptly and provided great directions and suggestions on what to do until someone could come out to inspect my hot water heater. This morning, Alice and Judy were instrumental in scheduling an appointment the same day while also working around my limited availability. Dominick, Project Manager, called me promptly at 2pm to confirm if I was still available at 2:30pm. Dominick showed up on time and was absolutely amazing! At first, he thought that I needed a new hot water heater. But, he patiently listened to my explanation about what had occured and also took the time to answer all of my questions related to the issue. Given the additional information from our conversation, Dominick discovered that the water around my hot water heater had come through a shared wall with a neighbor who is having issues with her washing machine. Final outcome, Dominick saved me from having to spend $2,050 on a new hot water heater and also discussed the situation with my neighbor. I am truly grateful for Dominick's professionalism, patience and outstanding communication skills!! I would definitely recommend Bieg Plumbing to anyone, especially if you are in the south county area.

Recently had a sink stop working. We received prompt, professional service. Even when there was going to be a delay we were notified immediately. I don't mind delays, emergencies happen, however, the honest communication says a lot about the company. Highly recommend! Kyle was great.

I had a backed up sewer line and Jim was sent out. Got on the job right away and didn't mess around. Excellent worker and and very personable. Will not hesitate to use Bieg Plumbing again.

Glen arrived promptly at the expected time. He was professional and courteous. Got to work immediately and finished in a timely manner. I appreciated his upbeat attitude and his willingness to explain what was going on and answering questions I had .

Simply cannot say enough good things about Bieg Plumbing. Very responsive, very professional. While I know it doesn't always work this way, we were able to have someone out to our house and the problem fixed within hours of placing our first call.
