Frozen, burst pipes recently and we were lucky when we called Bieg. Happened on a Saturday when every plumber in town was overwhelmed with calls. Left a message on their emergency line and scheduler called back with solid info when he could send someone. The guy who came for the first fix was great about texting and calling with his arrival status, very professional and friendly, showed us where the leak was and what he needed to do to fix it (always a challenge in a 130 year old home) and took had it repaired quickly. Later on that night in a different set of pipes in a different wall had an issue - no fault at all by our guy. Called the emergency line, left a message that we had it under control and didn’t need a call back that night but could we talk the next morning about getting us on the schedule again. Impressed to get a call back very quickly confirming that office would be in touch in the morning. That happened and round 2 of fixes happened and this time it was even trickier. They were super careful in minimizing the amount of tile that had to be removed from wall and still not sure how he twisted to fit in to a really tight place. He showed us our new leak and 3 previous (unknown by us) repairs that were “hidden” in the wall. All good and the first guy even called back to ask what happened because he was worried which seems unheard of these days. With Bieg’s help and an insulation company, we discovered the cause of our problem and have a solution. Five star rating due to response time, great service, and quality work.

Could not be happier with Bieg's service. Called about 7:30 and spoke with Taylor , she was able to get Kevin the plumber to our house within half an hour! Kevin was fast and efficient, finished before 9. All for a very reasonable price. 😃😃

A Truly Outstanding Experience with Bieg Plumbing!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Bieg Plumbing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Living in a home built in the late 40s, we were dreading the inevitable replacement of our original metal main stack, which had developed several pinholes. Our past experiences with home projects had left us wary, and we anticipated a cost-prohibitive and stressful endeavor.

However, after hearing numerous positive remarks about Bieg Plumbing, we decided to give them a call – and we are so incredibly glad we did!

From the very first interaction, our experience was exceptional. Brett Ahring came to our home to assess the situation and promptly provided us with a quote that we felt was not only fair but extremely reasonable for the scope of work, which included replacing the main stack and the interior main shut-off.

Once we agreed to the work, our appointment was set efficiently. On the day of the service, Eric and Matt arrived precisely on time, ready to tackle the job. Our older home, with its less-than-modern updates, presented a challenging environment for the plumbing work, but this did not faze Eric and Matt in the slightest. They approached every complication with remarkable stride and skill, overcoming each hurdle thrown their way.

The quality of their work was truly far above our expectations. Both Eric and Matt demonstrated an impressive level of talent and mastery in their craft. It was clear they are experts in their field.

Beyond the excellent work performed, our interactions with the Bieg Plumbing team, specifically dispatch (Taylor) and billing (Candace), further solidified our positive impression. Had a great first experience with this company. However, the second attempt to hire their services wasn't good. I emailed them thru their website on Christmas because we had a mainline clog starting a couple days before and I wanted to get a reply as soon as they were open after Christmas. They emailed me back the morning of Friday the 26th asking if I wanted to make an appointment for Monday. I replied yes a couple hours later and didn't hear anything else. Monday comes and I email again asking if I'm getting service today. I get an email back saying that I didn't reply to them and quoting their previous email with a bit of attitude and said they couldn't get to me til Friday at that point. I replied with a screenshot of our email chain which included my reply email from the 26th and said I would schedule somewhere else if they were going to blame me for them not reading their emails. No reply after that so definitely taking my services somewhere else

We recently had 2 faucets replaced by Bieg. This process took 3 trips to complete. The technicians were professional and very competent (review has nothing to do with the quality of their work).

A few items to know before calling them to your home:
- Their prices go to time and a half (overtime) at 3:30 PM. You are either stuck paying 1.5x the regular rate or having them return another time.
- The technicians clock begins when they leave for your job, not when they arrive on site.

On day of install for a whole house water filter, Dave showed up 15 min early and ready to make it happen. There were some unexpected bumps in the install process regarding where to drain the system, Dave took it like a pro and devised the most effective solution. I wish I could have 10 Dave’s working for me in my business. His communication skills and drive to perform the job properly was ideal.

Matt, a skilled plumber from Bieg, solved my long-standing plumbing problem created by another plumber, not from Bieg. Matt has a delightful personality, meets older people very well and explained options for me to solve the problem and treated me as if I was part of the solution. When he left, I felt my money was well spent and that I should not have this problem in the future due to his repairs/replacement of parts. I couldn't be more satisfied. Matt installed our new faucet and repaired a leaking pipe. He did an excellent job. He was professional and arrived right on time.
He wanted to make sure the pipe was not leaking so he tried several options and decided the best alternative was to replace the pipe. It’s working great.
Also, he cleaned up after working several hours to repair and install.

I was referred to Bieg Plumbing by my handyman who could not fix a plumbing issue. He told me they were very fair with their pricing and did quality work. I called them this morning and was shocked to when I got a call this same morning saying they can send a technician in an hour. Matt was my technician and did just a fantastic job and explained the process completely and did a great job of cleaning up. Not what I expected with a plumber. I was was more than pleased with the cost. I highly recommend using Bieg Plumbing.

We have had so many issues with plumbers over the years, and honestly it's been one thing after the next since moving into our house 5 years ago.

18 months ago we had to replace our 2 water heaters and used another company. Ever since replacing them we have had multiple issues.

Last night we noticed a leak coming from the water heater and tried contacting the previous company we used with no luck.

Apparently that company we used to replaced those water heaters is no longer in business, so I called Plumbing Masters and talked with Lindsay.

It was a Friday evening, and even though it was after 5pm, she got me in contact with Joe.

Joe had me take photos/videos of what was happening and he knew exactly what the problem was.

This morning he went to get the part we needed, and then came over to fix the situation.

While here, he noticed another leak that he also fixed as well.

It turns out our water heaters hadn't been lit (for who knows how long) and that they were actually a way higher temperature than they needed to be. Due to the high temperatures it was overworking our units, causing unnecessary leaks, and even rotting parts of the systems.

We always thought something was "off" but had no idea for sure because the previous company was clearly not interested in helping us get it all set up correctly.

Joe stayed after, answered a lot of our questions, explained what happened, and made sure we felt knowledgable about our water heaters and a few other things.

We are now going to do a bigger project with them to replace some things for our main plumbing and add a water softener system.

I won't use anyone else in the future because after all these issues, there's finally a company that actually wants to do the right things for their customers and aren't worried about just making money.

If you are looking for a plumbing company in the St. Louis area that will take care of you, Plumbing Masters is the only call you should make!

I have an old house with convoluted plumbing. Plumbing Masters came out to unclog my laundry line and my kitchen sink. The laundry line was cleared in no time. But the kitchen sink started clogging a few weeks after they came, so I called them back and they came out again and fixed it. They were so nice about having to come out a second time. The woman on the phone was apologetic, and the plumber who came worked diligently to make sure it was completely unclogged. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

I had a very fast response time to same day service. The plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked with my fast timeline to coordinate with the delivery of my new refrigerator.
