JR Plumbing was prompt and professional. They found the problem and while not able to fix it due to scheduling they referred me to a drain and sewer company that were great and fixed the issue. I felt JR plumbing were honest, helpful and I’ll use them in the future.This is a great company that when they can’t do it refers you to another great company. Sort of like the movie “Miracle on 34th Street” (Macy’s and Gimbles).

After multiple plumbers came out and attempted to upsell on additional work when I just needed a valve replacement at my shower I was recommended J.R. Plumbing... I spoke with Joe and he assessed the problem and was both honest and genuine which I appreciated greatly.... Scott and Trey arrived to do the work and were both professional and friendly, Scott addressed any concerns and questions the wife and I had with expert advice and again, honesty...we did also have our pressure reducing valve changed out and if we do have other projects which need addressed they are not at risk or posing imminent problems as we'd been told..... the job is complete and they did fantastic work... I've been a homeowner for 25 years and have had bad experiences, J.R. Plumbing, thankfully, isn't one of those and will be saved on my contact list for any future work as they have integrity and fairness....

We discovered J.R. Plumbing through our realtor who used them for the plumbing inspection of our new home. We recently hired them again to do a toilet install and minor plumbing work. Jimmy Youngblood was the plumber who did the inspection and toilet install and he did an awesome job. He was very friendly and professional and the work was top notch.

Jimmy was great for the bid and got us on the schedule way quicker than I thought. John and Paul did the work. John was very precise and seemed very focused on doing a great job. The necessary cuts in our drywall to access the pipes were much smaller than expected and he replaced the necessary pipes with much care. I really appreciate his and Paul’s pleasant work attitude and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.
