They came out the day after I called to replace 4 shut off valves on late Friday afternoon. They were in and out in less than an hour. Then they called on Monday to see if we were home, because I mentioned that the main shut off valve might need to be replaced. They were very helpful and courteous.

Experience and service was excellent. I contacted J R Plumbing first thing in the morning to replace a water heater and they were able to fit me in the same day. They showed up as scheduled and had the entire job completed by end of day so I had hot water that night. John and Paul were very professional, friendly and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone

JR Plumbing did an excellent job replacing and updating our old leaking spigots with new frost free spigots. Owner Eric communicated effectively and his team of Scott and John showed up on time. They worked efficiently and completed the job in record time. Price was fair. Highly recommend this company. We intend to use JR Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The snow days set us back a few days but the communication from JR Plumbing was excellent. When they were able to come over, the problems were fixed quickly and without inconvenience. They charged us a fair price and did what they said they would do. I was very pleased with them and will use them in the future for my own needs and will also recommend them to others.

Amazing service. Easy to schedule in less than two weeks. I asked them to come fix three problems. Turns out there was one that really could be fixed today. Jim was honest about the situation, fixed the minor problem and told me what to do about the other two issues. JR is my go to plumber!

Edit: Another amazing experience with JR. I thought I had a MAJOR problem. Jim came out first thing and fixed it, it seems, by flushing the toilet. There was another problem with a pipe that he fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. They are the best.
