Bieg Plumbing has done several large and small projects over the past several years. Their service is excellent and they are responsive. Highly recommend them. Dave has been doing jobs here for us for over 20 years and is always friendly, neat and efficient.

Submitted a request for service online and got a call 2 days later. Scheduled service for a Monday between 8 am - 2 pm. Took the day off work. When nobody had arrived by 2:30, I called. Got loads of apologies, not sure what happened, but no tech was assigned. Lots of apologies. She said she could try and squeeze me in at the end of the day on Tuesday, but couldn't guarantee anything or she could guarantee 7:30 am on Wednesday. I chose Wednesday. When nobody arrived Wednesday by 7:45, I called. Was told that I wasn't scheduled until later in the day. And now I wait again! I might come back and revise my rating if they ever show up and if they fix the problem. For now, things aren't looking good.

Plumber Matt removed and replaced our old toilet. He was professional, efficient and friendly. He made sure everything was good to go before leaving. I have used Bieg Plumbing Co. over the last 40 years on various plumbing projects and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I have had Bieg come out to my house once a year for 7 years to clean my lateral out due to roots. They are always great to work with. A month ago they told me It was time to replace the lateral due to root damage. Mike Costa took the lead and set everything up. The crew came out yesterday and were absolutely amazing. Very professional, explained to me how the previous line was installed poorly and did everything top notch to fix it. Mike, Tony, and Shane were awesome. Bieg has earned my business for life. Thank you!!

We used Bieg to do a couple service calls at two properties. The initial experience was great. The tech was able to remove an old water softener and fix a squealing shower in his visit. He was excellent. Since then, we have not had great experiences with Bieg. We had them come to our new house to give us a quote for chainknocking our standpipes. The tech came out, just took a couple pictures, told us he would respond with a quote, but no one followed up. We then asked Bieg to replace a water heater at a rental property. On 3 occasions, my husband and I were treated rudely by the same front office staff member when we called to finish that process. Between the rude communication and lack of follow-up we'll probably go with another company for future needs.

Taylor took my call and was able to get me scheduled for the next day, which was extra great bc I had another company just not show up that day! Dave came the next day and was able to fix my problem quicky and efficiently, explaining what was happening along the way. He was very kind and respectful. Definitely recommend them!

Called Bieg on Friday 11/22 to investigate an odor. Taylor told me they could send someone that same day, and that the fee to come out was $89. Taylor called back and said they couldn't make it same day, apologized and said they were having trouble with their computer system. Okay fine, it happens. They can come Wednesday 11/27. Then on Wednesday 11/27 Taylor calls me again, says the computer has me in for an appointment "in the past" and asks what is up. I refresh Taylor's memory that they are supposed to send someone to my house. Okay, they send Glenn out on Wednesday. He arrives at 10:55am, takes a look, takes a picture, suggests a smoke test which he is unprepared to do and says will need to be scheduled for another day, chats with the people on my house, spends some time on his phone, then bills us for $206. I said I was told $89, why is it $206? Glenn says that includes the $89 fee plus 45 minutes of time including the time it took him to drive to my house. I say I was told $89, he says to call the office and says he is not supposed to leave my house until he receives payment. While I call the office, Glenn leaves anyway at 11:22am - he was there for 27 minutes total, and only doing anything work related for a fraction of that. I call Taylor at the office, who says yes the $206 is correct and that they bill in 15 minute increments, i.e. if he arrives at 10:55 they bill for a full 10:45 - 11:00 time slot. I told Taylor I was happy to pay the $89 fee I had been originally quoted, but am not going to pay the $206. Taylor said they will send me to collections, so now I will be paying $0. They can collect this 1-Star review. Glenn also left some tools at my house. He called and said he will come back for them. Feel free to collect those too Bieg.

My wife called to have our master bathroom worked on. The front desk told her that they were able to work on our shower even though it’s a two nozzle system (which we have been told by other companies they won’t work on because it is “out of code”). We thought great send a plumber to take a look and get our shower working.

Fast forward to this morning, the plumber was very friendly, but before seeing the shower he told me that it would be $1,900 to make the shower up to code. Also said that his company would not allow him to work on our shower.

I told him we were not interested in spending anything like that. He looked at our sink, looked at the stack and basically looked around for less than an hour. His recommendation was to stop using the master bathroom until we are able to renovate it.

Before leaving he charged us $245 to walk around and point out things that needed to be fixed, that we told him about before entering the house. He did unclog a drain as well. I do not blame the plumber for doing his job however I do think this was shady business practices by the company and should have been told that they would not work on the bathroom before showing up.

I had an appointment with Bieg to repair a bathtub faucet on a Friday , but they called to cancel, so we re-scheduled for the following Monday. I come not be present on that day, but there were other adults in the house. I had made arrangements for them to call or email me the bill. I was surprised to find that the valve replacement required 4.25 hours, and I was charged $1104. I called, left a message, and was told that there was a mistake on the bill, and it was reduced to $904. That is unreasonable for the job that was needed. If the plumber ran into difficulties, they did not have the courtesy to call me. Since a second plumber arrived and stayed for thirty minutes, I presume either the first plumber did not know what he was doing, or needed a tool that he did not have. I would not advise using this company unless you want to stand over them and supervise.

Almost $450 for a visit of slightly more than an hour to tell me my request could not be completed at all.

I had Bieg out last week to look at installing a new garbage disposal. The tech was there for a little over an hour. During this time, he looked at where the pipe behind the sink was located, and told me it was too high to install the garbage disposal. He disconnected my dishwasher, then found the dishwasher could not be pulled out due to the tile being too high in front of it. He then reconnected the dishwasher. Apparently he “re-built” the shut off valve, which I was not aware was happening. I have had this dishwasher disconnected and reconnected in the past with no issues, and have had no prior issues with this shut off valve. He told me that to install the garbage disposal, they would with need to rip kitchen tile out to pull the dishwasher out for access, or go in through the wall on the other side. After this, he asked me if I wanted to proceed, and I opted not to at this time since this was shaping up to be a larger project than initially planned. The goal visit was slightly longer than an hour.

So a visit a little over an hour, to tell me my initial request cannot be completed, and my bill was almost $450. I did not receive any estimate of cost during the visit. I expected a charge for a visit, even $100-$200 for the time, but this is absurd.

After receiving my invoice, I proceeded to call Bieg to inquire, as the invoice did not have a breakdown of what added up to such a high cost. Upon speaking with a manager, their response was essentially “tough luck, you should have known” because of the labor he did. The “labor” was disconnecting and reconnecting the dishwasher, and then telling me he couldn’t pull the dishwasher out because the tile in front was in the way. $450 for a visit to tell me my initial request could not be done. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Cavion was fantastic!! He was able to diagnose and fix our water leak quickly. We will definitely use Bieg Plumbing in the future!

Prompt, courteous plumber! Gave me a few options when our tankless gas water heater went on the fritz. No pressure given to go the expensive route, which I so greatly appreciated! Will definitely hire again!

I utilized Bieg Plumbing to solve a water heater leak and replace both of my main water shut-off valves (I have two) with better quality quarter turn shut-offs, because the old ones didn't properly cut off the feeds when I had to have other work done once.

Kevin did my work and he was easily the nicest person in the world you will ever meet. He did the job efficiently and did a wonderful job with my preventative maintenance request. Price was reasonable and though he ran into some issues with my kitchen sink setup he was able to solve the issue without fail and get me on my way. No more more water heater leaks and shutoff valves that actually fut the water off properly unlike the original ones. I would love to request Kevin again for a possible future project I have coming up for my shower valve too.

Fantastic Service! From the office staff to the plumber they walked us through everything and fixed everything quickly. Hoffman Brothers failed to fix the issue and Bieg came in and fixed it in under 2 hours, and did not try and upsell me on anything we didn’t need. Thanks again, we really appreciate the great service.

Dave showed up on time and was very friendly and engaging. He got right at looking at the job and started right away. He did a professional job and a neat job. Cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Dave to do work for anyone. Thank you.

    Terrible and incompetent.
The terrible: They installed a hot water heater. Shortly thereafter a part stopped working which meant no hot water. It was only "sorted" covered by warranty. I didn't have to pay for the part but for the labor. Labor hours that included the time it took for the person to call the company that makes the hot water heat, the time it took for him to go to the supply house to get the part, AND time for him to eat lunch. I thought since they sold us this HWH and installed it, it should have been covered 100%
The incompetent: When they sent us a bill, I went online to pay it. A few weeks later, a rude (very rude) person from their office calls and asks when we are going to pay. I tell her we already paid. I even went to my credit card account to verify it was paid. A week later we get another bill in the mail with "Second Notice" and "Collection" stamped on it. Was this supposed to be to embarrass us? If they could reconcile what comes in with the accounts, they could have saved themselves a call, postage, and a now very irate customer.

    Just clownish.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. I called for an estimate for work and described the type of work. When the plumber came out, he was here for maybe 30 minutes or less and said he would send the estimate. Before he pulled out of our driveway, I had an invoice for $209 in my email. I never agreed to pay for an estimate and it was never disclosed. When I spoke to Rebecca, the manager, she insisted that they don’t give free estimates but, after much discussion, agreed to waive the bill in exchange for not sending the estimate. To my surprise, a few weeks later, I just received another bill and when I spoke with Rebecca again, she refused to waive it. We did have the work done by another plumber who was honest and gave a fair price. I cannot say more strongly to avoid this company.

We had Matt come out and service our kitchen sink that wasn’t draining properly. He was on time, friendly, and did a fantastic job! The price was very fair, and much less than I was expecting to be honest. First time using Bieg plumbing and will definitely call if we have any other issues!

Dave is the best! He repaired and outside spigot for us but didn't realize he was sitting over the sprinkler when he tested to make sure all was good the sprinkler soaked him he laughed which made me laugh and then he finished up the job all with a smile. Thanks Dave for the great work!

This company pulled a bait and switch. Told us it was $69.99 to come out for diagnostic of plumbing issue. Fixed the flapper on our toilet and charged 289.00 for labor and was at my house for less than an hour. Also said his hourly was $160. Nothing I hate more than dishonest companies especially tradesman. I could of fixed a flapper if I knew this was the issue. That is a $6-$20 dollar piece tops. Never again and would not recommend. Make sure you do not allow them to do any actual work without knowing what they charge for labor. This was supposed to be a diagnostic job only and give me a price on work. Scam!!! You again proved you lied. Told us $69.00 to come out and never said anything about billing a rate or fee additional for a diagnostic if the 2 issues we reported we needed you for. I also found out about his labor fee after he fixed a part that I could have easily replaced. You also lie about him being at our place for more than an hour. Your guy sat in his van for a good amount of time, but I guess sitting in his work van counts as labor. You conned my mother. I would of kicked you out before doing anything had I know the cost up front. But you lied and hid that information so you could conveniently charge me $289.00 for labor. Everyone be safe out there and do not trust this company! 1000% do not recommend. Find a better honest more reputable company because this is not it.

Had to get my water heater replaced cause it was old and leaked. They came out one hour after my call and installed a new water heater and unclogged a pipe. It was incredibly fast. Competitive pricing. Very pleased with the service, very pleasant experts that came by.
