Rick and Rick were amazing! This is our first time having a plumber at our new home so we had a lot of questions. They were so professional and walked me through everything and explained. They cleaned up and did an excellent job with repairs! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Plumber and his assistant were very friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was I thought the price was too high. But I still recommend this company . The owner and the plumbing staff were very nice to deal with.

My neighbor recommended “Plumbing Master” I am so happy with this company.Rick came & did the assessment & then Joe, the owner & master plumber did my kitchen stack, pipe. It is beautifully done. His work is very good. He even fixed my faucet, put a new faucet, put new garbage disposal. It took him only 2 days & it was done. He is a very good plumber. This is a family owned business. Everybody is very nice & good honest people. His price is reasonable. Joe’s sister Linda at the office who answer & handle is so wonderful. I highly recommend “Plumbing Master”.

Used Plumbing Masters for the first time when our hot water heater conked out. Joe gave me a quote over the phone to replace it and got us on the schedule for the next day. Joe and Jared were personable and responsive, did what they said they would do, and were reasonably priced. Had hot water again less than 24 hours after calling them. Will use them again in the future.

Very very happy with the service performed today by Rick Sr and Rick Jr. Nice dad and son team. Very patient and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Explained everything. Gave pricing before they started any work, which was very important. Pricing was reasonable. Down to earth guys. I highly recommend them and will ask for them for any future plumbing needs. I didn't realize Plumbing Masters is a family-owned business by one owner. I like to give my business to local family-owned businesses, as I worked in one for 41 years. I will spread the good word about this company!

I called first thing Monday morning and Joe said he would have someone here on that same afternoon. The plumber was here by noon and fixed our drain in no time. They let me know that he was on the way and even sent a picture of our repairman (Rick). I explained our problem and he was very nice and even quoted me a price for the job. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend Plumbing Masters.

I'm a first-time homeowner, now in my house for over eight years. This was the second time I've had to call a plumber out in those eight years, with the first time being a somewhat bad experience with a different business. With Plumbing Masters I made an appointment for an estimate on two jobs--fix a nonfunctional garbage disposal and related slow-draining drain and fix a leaky bathtub faucet. To get the estimate was $100, but that came out of the total if I went with them to do the work. They sent out Lorenzo, who was terrific--very friendly and easy to deal with, arrived on time (early, even), and, most importantly, he did good work. After giving me the estimate he told me he could do as much or as little on that visit as I liked. I went ahead and had him do all of it. It took him about two hours and he did not leave a mess behind of any kind in any location. I gave it a few days to make sure nothing broke immediately or wasn't working as I hoped/imagined, but now we're nearly a week later and everything is still fixed, functional, all good. Next time I need a plumber (which hopefully won't be too soon) I'll definitely go back to Plumbing Masters.

I cannot give a high enough review. We had them do a stack replacement, rough and finish plumbing for a bathroom renovation. They were super reasonable, got in quick, and did excellent work. On top of that, every person I interacted with was delightful. In particular, Lorenzo, who did the install work, was just wonderful. Super nice and charming and did very super high quality work. After a bunch of struggles getting folks to actually bid, getting insanely high bids, and not getting calls back from folks, I feel incredibly lucky to have found Plumbing Masters!

Brian and Cody were absolutely amazing! They came in did the work needed and everything turned out perfect. They were professional, punctual, respectful throughout the entire process, not to mention, "jolly", they actually seem to enjoy their jobs. How refreshing it that! I really appreciated how they kept me updated on when I could use the toilets and what stage the job was in. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I’d 100% hire them again and will definitely recommend Plumbing Masters to all my friends!

We just needed routine sewer cabling so we thought we would give Plumbing Masters a call as a neighbor had recommended them. They were really quick to fit us in their schedule. Our tech, Jared arrived right on time. He was very pleasant as we talked over what we needed done. He gave us a quote and got right to the job. Luckily we did not have any major issues. He was great to work with and even gave us a few tips on our to keep our drains clear. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

This company is truly remarkable. When my natural gas went out, I was informed that I needed to replace the pipes in my crawl space. After calling ten different plumbers, all of whom declined the job because of the muddy conditions, my eleventh call was to Plumbing Master. They were a lifesaver, assuring me they would restore my gas after a week without hot water. The most commendable companies are those that honor their commitments. From now on, Plumbing Master’s will be the only plumber I use in Saint Louis. They genuinely care, listen attentively, and treat your home as if it were their own.

This group was highly recommended by a friend in town and said that they were the best. I definitley agree. They showed up promptly on time, were very professional, offered to wipe up the floors after their work, and were able to diagnose my sinks issues very quickly. I have zero complaints and they were friendly to boot! Will use them again for sure (well hopefully not...hope I dont have more leaks in the future..)

Rick and Bobby arrived ahead of the appointment time and quickly found my leak. They took care of the repair and left the area very clean. I have a man working on replacing the shower wall and, once he's finished, Rick and Bobby will return to put the shower fixtures back in place.
The guys returned today and Bobby put the shower head and faucet assemblies back in place. He caulked around both escutcheon plates and left the shower immaculate.

Jared did an excellent job replacing the toilet in our bathroom. He was friendly and efficient. We've always been happy with the service from Plumbing Masters.

No one ever called me back and I left a message.

I called J.T. Dunn around 6am because I didn't have any cool air from my air conditioner. The first phone call with the technician got off to a bit of a rocky start but another technician called me back within an hour and told me they could come out to assess my air conditioner between noon and 1pm. The technician was Nathan - he was fantastic, very professional and thorough. I had a bad motor starter - it had overheated and was locked out. He replaced the part, which made the fan start up right away but I didn't have cool air immediately. So, he reset the power and changed my air filter to ensure that everything was working properly. The total cost for the part and service was about $285. I really appreciated Nathan's level of service as well as J.T. Dunn's ability to provide an estimated time and quick turnaround time.

While trying to install a new smart thermostat, the worst case scenario happened, our Air conditioning unit stopped working on a Friday night in the middle of July in St. Louis. We checked the breaker, checked the wiring, reinstalled the old thermostat, all the stuff DIYers know to check; still no light on the A/C circuit boards and no glorious cold air coming from the vents.

With sweat forming on our brows and anxiety building at the thought of a sleepless, sweaty night, I started calling every Air Conditioning repair service on Google. Only 3 companies out of 10 answered their phone at 9-10pm on a Friday night. The first 2 companies said the first available service appointment would be Wednesday, 5 days later and they do not carry parts. Yikes.

My tenth call was to JT Dunn heating and cooling. I described the issue and Brett said a technician could be at our place after 12am or first thing the next morning. Perfect!! He mentioned a few additional troubleshooting tips including checking the circuit board fuse. Sure enough the fuse popped. We made a 11pm run to WalMart and TacoBell for 4th meal. Our A/C is functional!

While we did not need the service call, we appreciate the advice and tip Brett gave us. He saved us a bunch of money and hassle. Little things like that boost the confidence in service companies. We have added JT Dunn heating and cooling to our repair contract list!
