We ran into a clogged sewer line problem late on Thursday night. Called Silvio at 10pm on Thursday and he came out Friday morning at 9am. Took a little bit of work, but he was able to get the sewer line cleared and take care of the problem. He was very personable and did a great job for us. The price was very reasonable, and I was happy that someone referred me to Flow King Rooter.

Silvio was fast and efficient. He went above and beyond my expectations. Even though I just had a few saddle valves removed and some pipe repaired, Silvio answered all the other plumbing questions I could ask; I feel more knowledgable about the rest of my house and appreciate the time he took to explain things!

Flow King fit me in same day. Now I know who to call next time I have plumbing needs.

Very pleased with service Silvio provided. Very professional, and personable. He explained everything to us, including anticipated cost, upfront. Fee very reasonable. Once our clogged drain was clear, he provided us with detailed explanation and written documentation of service provided. Service was on a Sunday. He was able to get to us sooner than scheduled time, agreed upon with a friendly call from Michelle. We definitely will use this company for any future need.

I just moved into my new home and have been getting the kinks and undone maintenance taken care. Mike has been out both times to help with slow drains and a clogged pipe for the kitchen. Both times they were very quick to respond and came out to my home at the exact time they said they would. Mike was very friendly and professional and explained things easily so I understood what the issue was and how it was being resolved. They also used face coverings the entire time they were in my home which was very appreciated during this difficult time. I could not recommend their service more for any water systems needs.

Like Cicero, I will not name any of the companies I called that had "emergency" service late on a Friday afternoon, such as Academy Air and 2 Roto-rooters, that couldn't be there until Monday (Cicero is such a hoot). But I will proclaim that Flow King Rooter had *true* emergency service and were also able to advise us on the steps to take when a pipe between the street and the house developed a leak. They called American Water to locate and shut off the water (Kudos to them as well) and 800-DIG-RITE was there before midnight (thanks to them as well) so they could do the repair on Saturday. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Complete professionalism all around. They stand behind their product and labor and customer service is their #1 priority. My water heater went out after recently having it installed by Flow King. The heater was just a defective product, to no fault of Flow King. They came out for a warranty repair the next day. I will only be using them for plumbing work in the future. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I used Flow King Rooter when I needed some last minute repairs and I am truly blown away at how accommodating and responsive this group was. The sale of my home threw constant curveballs and Silvio was responsive after hours, on the weekend, etc. I was afraid this great service was going to mean a ridiculous bill because Silvio knew the timelines were so short I couldn't get another bid..... The price was extremely competitive! I can't recommend Silvio and team any more. I don't care the circumstance, I'll use these guys as long as they'll have me as a customer.

Awesome job by Silvio got my 125 year Old house back in order. He was able to assess my problem with a pressure system in my house. Literally called 12 companies and none of them knew about my problem. Silvio took the time to research call his contacts and had it fixed Will recommend and use his company again. He is the owner so great job.

Had a pretty complete shutdown of kitchen and bathrooms. Thought to cable out the plug, but it turned out the entire main stack was plugged with sludge after 56 years of use. (Plus, cast iron piping was toast!)
Silvio and Dave came out `on time and efficiently changed out the big project in about 4-5 hours. Price was well in line w/ competition and probably low bid. All fixed.
A BIG perk!! 2 days later Silvio dropped back to check over. We determined another problem - not connected with original job - needed replacement on kitchen sink drain basket. I could do this myself, but Silvio says let me help you..He put out a half hour free time that it took to get this drain out!!! I COULD NEVER HAVE DONE IT BY MYSELF.

Flow king has done plumbing for us for a number of years now they are a good partner for our remodeling work and work well with us.
They are busy but still communicate consistently and get to our work in a good amount of time. All of their staff are friendly and good to work with.

Plumbing isn't cheap but their pricing is fair.

Had plumber from other company come out and couldn't fix my issues but still charged me. I called Flow King Rooter and Mike was our guy! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He presented himself very professionally. After working on the situation for a bit and doing all he could he realized that the pipes were frozen. it wasn't obvious at first. By the time he left things were back to normal and everything working good! We won't call anyone else now, Flow King is our plumbers to call now. I'd recommend them/Him to anyone.

In April of 2023 our sewage lift pump went out and our finished basement flooded with sewer water. I called Flow King at 2:00AM. Silvio called me back within five minutes and instructed me how to shut off the sewer line. He said that would be out first thing in the morning. He came out and pumped out the lift basin and had to order a new pump as it was a Sunday. Silvio and his crew came back two days later with the new pump and installed it along with a new check valve. Everything has been working fine since.
Flow King is now the first plumber I will call. They are reliable and trustworty.

I met with Silvio for a worst case issue - all the cast iron under my house needed to be repaired and connected to a septic system. I met with 3 contractors. Flow King was extremely professional and were really good on their price. Silvio tried to save me money wherever possible since this was a huge job for a complex old house. In the end, I had to use a plumber my insurance company found but I would have used them. I plan to use them any time I have drainage issues going forward rather than calling the big guys like I have in the past. Thanks Silvio and team.

I probably shouldn't say this but I can't wait to hire Flow King again! I submitted a project to a couple Pros on a project website but Flow King saw my project on their own and responded proactively, long before any other pro. I got an appointment, just to get an estimate the very next day. Silvio arrived at our house right on time, with Michelle having called me to inform me he was on his way as promised. The estimate appointment went very smoothly; Silvio discussed some alternatives and explained clearly the work he would complete if I chose to book with the company. Their flat rate pricing was not only extremely easy to understand, but also very fair in its magnitude. I booked with Flow King for later the same week. Even after having to reschedule due to a conflict on MY END the company was able to come out within a few days. Silvio and Dave arrived on time, with Michelle again calling ahead of time to inform me of their impending arrival. Once on the job they worked quickly and professionally. The job was completed in just over half the time I had originally been quoted which was fantastic. I can tell Silvio used top quality fittings and all of his runs were right where we discussed. Overall I cannot think of a single negative aspect of this project and I will absolutely work with Flow King again. Absolutely a top-tier provider.

A few months ago, we had a sewer pipe crack under our basement concrete floor, that connected to our kitchen stack. We got a few different quotes from other plumbers for repairing the cracked sewer pipe, all of which included having to dig up the basement flooring to repair. When flow king came out to give us a quote, their plumber Silvio recommend an alternative solution of just doing reroute of our kitchen stack drain, rather than having to repair the broken drain under the floor. This was not only a far more convenient option, but saved us thousands of dollars as well. I'm writing this review a few months later after they performed the work to advise that the the alternative reroute solution is still working out great for us! We are really greatful for Silvio's expertise in suggesting this as an option, Because it seriously really did help us! We will be using flow king and requesting Silvio again for our next plumbing job. The whole team was super professional, and very efficient. Thank you flow king team and Silvio!

Hands down the best!!! They were able to come out same day, we had a shower faucet issue that ended up needing the entire thing replaced. And a leaking outside hose hookup. They set up appointment to do the replacement the next day for both issues. They arrived on time, were very polite, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Their tile cut work was fantastic. The replacement looked better than the original and their pricing was more than fair. They have flat rates so you are not being charged by the hour, and they take their time to make sure the job is completed to perfection. Plus they clean up after themselves! Silvio really cares about his business and the people he hires to work, we will never use any other plumber.

Silvio came out on a weekend to fix a leaky shut off valve. It might not sound like much, but since it was the shut off valve (and it was leaking A LOT) we had to turn off the water to the whole house until it was fixed.
Of course it happened Friday night too. I called all the 24 hour guys, but they only operate the phones 24 hours; they couldn't get me a plumber until Monday.
But Silvio was at my house early Saturday morning. He was in and out in 10 minutes and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Flow King to anyone!

Sunday morning, we had issues with both of our bathroom sinks slow draining and leaking. Went down the list on Google for “24 hour plumbers” and finally found a company that meant it. Flow King Rooter was actually available today. Michelle was very friendly and reassuring on the phone. She said the technician would be there between 1-4 and would call a half hour prior. I called at 11:00. Silvio was at my house at 12:58. Extremely friendly, professional, clean, and knowledge. He and his partner took care of our problem within probably a half hour of being here. He also gave me several pointers and pieces of advice that will be very helpful going forward.

Oh and even with it costing extra due to it being a Sunday/weekend emergency call, I guarantee it was still cheaper than if I would have scheduled something with other plumbers. VERY reasonable cost!

Long story short, an awful morning led to me finding our permanent plumber going forward. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Horrible communication, no results. I reached out to Flow King to repair my water softener, and they indicated they would be happy to help me. They have always been polite. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing I can say. Over the course of four months I've spoken with the office over a dozen times, not one time have they ever called me; every time, I had to call them. The one time I did get a call it was their plumber directly calling me (to tell me that he couldn't make his scheduled time & maybe he could come by Saturday, instead). At the end of this ordeal, the part they installed didn't actually fix anything and they had no idea what the problem was. As a cherry on top, they left my water softener in worse condition than it started, then sent an invoice including two separate diagnosis fees despite having not diagnosed anything.

Use them to repair a service line To the house. I called another company and they said they were going to subcontract it to flow king. I should’ve been suspicious when they quoted almost $6000 dropped it immediately 1000 and then met their competitors price at half that price $2500. Come and find out they were not even subcontracted by the plumbing company That I called. The service guy for the company I called was going to work for them stole the work and gave it to flow king. They claimed to have a permit, but did not because the county wouldn’t issue one because it was covered under an insurance program through county. Bottom line is I had to call the county and get involved in order to get the bits that was left over about a week filled in. When it was filled in the yard was nothing even close to what it was before probably gonna cost me another thousand dollars to get the dirt and rock put back that they tore out
