Daniel's Professional Sewer and Drains handled my insurance claim from start to finish. The company is very professional and explained the problem so that I could understand it and how the problem needed to be fixed. Daniel's made sure my insurance company understood the problem as well so that my claim was paid without any problems.

He came out within a half hour of my phone call and unclogged main line quickly. Great prices, very professional, very friendly, would not hesitate to call him if i need his services again.

When other companies wanted to charge me thousands
of dollars to dig up and replace my entire plumbing system, he came out and unclogged my sewer and found out that it was a problem on the citys and MSD end, He is a man of integrity and honesty!!!

Called them and they came out the same day. Very professional. Diagnosed my issues within minutes--I had it wrong based on my internet research. They fixed the problem in no time, gave me a 90 day warranty and said call if there were any issues and they would come out and take care of it. Family run business with a great reputation. Also, their fees were lower than all who I talked to. They were honest and straightforward on what I needed to do. Call them if you have an issue--it is worth it.

Jason was friendly and professional. He got to my house about an hour after I called about my clogged main drain. It did not take him long to unclog the drain. I didn’t get a call until 30 minutes after he had been there. He claimed it took him that long to find the outside pipe. His job was to snake the sewer lines. 30 minutes after his phone call he claimed to be finished and asked for payment. Shortly after he left I had a professional company come out and camera the sewer lines only to see the sewer was still terribly clogged. When I followed up with Daniel I was told he couldn’t do it because time did not permit but was charged full price and he refused to come back and make good on his service. I will not be using this company again. Very very unprofessional and lack of quality. He initially complained about taking the job because he didn’t want to be out in the cold for too long. Pay the professionals and get the job done correctly in the beginning.

We had Daniel come out and snake our drain due to some tree root issues. He was prompt, extremely helpful and answered all this first time homeowners questions patiently. My husband and I highly recommend him and he will be our go to guy in the future. Added bonus he was very reasonable in his pricing.
