I was referred to Anytime Plumbing by a friend who also experienced great customer service from them. Icalled to inquire on prices of new water heater and was quoted pretty reasonable prices by the owner Steve. I told him I would have to wait a couple weeks to get the money. I called him today to let him know I was ready. He asked how soon would I need it. I said asap, he said "can I come in 30 minutes?" I was like wow, of course you can. He showed up in almost exactly 30 minutes with my new water heater. Took him about an hour, he gave me awesome conversation, and a Spire rebate for my new water heater. Awesome and speedy customer service! Please call this guy for any plumbing issues and they also remodel bathrooms. Thanks again Steve!

Great experience. Called Friday afternoon and had our repair done Monday morning. Pricing seemed fair and Steve the owner took the time to call and give me a temporary workaround to my issue until the repair was done. I will use his company again.

I've hired Anytime Plumbing a couple of times -- once for a valve replacement, and more recently for a water heater installation. Steve and Drew are a couple of nice guys, very personable and professional, and their service charges are very reasonable. They will always be my first call whenever I have a plumbing problem!

Steve and the team were extremely helpful. They replaced my water heater and diagnosed my water pressure issue quickly and with a great price. They are very friendly as well. The only plumbing guys I’ll be calling in the future.

Overall, a tremendous experience! I reached out to Steve to get a quote and he was able to get a new water heater installed the next day! I can't say enough great things about Steve from Anytime Plumbing. I called him because my water heater Literally exploded. He called me right back and said he would be there first thing next morning and he was. GREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT personally, knowledgeable about all plumbing and he did an excellent job of replacing and updating my water heater along with a new regulator at a very reasonable price. Steve was everything you’d want in a professional. He is excellent at his craft, and I’d highly recommend him for any plumbing services. Received a very competitive quote within hours, and installation was complete in 48 hours! I’d been putting off replacing a 15 year old water heater for a while, and I am extremely satisfied with his suggested model and install. He understands the business, and even prepped a Spire Gas rebate form to mail that same day. Rebates vary, but mine qualified for $200. Call Steve!

I called Anytime Plumbing after another plumber failed to show up to fix our refrigerator water shutoff so we could install our new refrigerator. Steve sent out Colton and Gabe within 30 minutes, and they took care of the problem quickly and without issue. Both Colton and Gabe were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. These guys with Anytime Plumbing were more than awesome!! Tri-state said they would do it and after my son cleared a path they refused to do it. I called Anytime- the came within an hour and put in new water heater AND were less money than Tri-state. They were personable efficient and came on their days off. I’m pretty sure God lead me to them. They are amazing!!!!!!!!!!

I have officially found my new plumber! Steve was responsive, helpful, professional, and takes pride in his work. The company name couldn’t be anymore fitting either and they truly mean “ANYTIME”. I realized at 9:00 AM on a Saturday the my water heater was toast and it was time for a new one. I reached out to Anytime Plumbing around 9:30 AM and received an immediate response with a detailed quote (including options) and a plan forward. Steve was at my house not even 5 hours later and I had a new quality installed water heater by 5:00 PM. All this on a SATURDAY!! Zero complaints and I will be using / recommending Anytime Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough good things about Steve and this company! Let’s start with me calling him very early in the morning and he was on another line. He immediately texted me to let me know he was on another call, but my preferred contact method is texting anyway so I asked for an upfront quote. He asked a few clarifying questions, I sent a couple pictures, he provided an estimate, and he came out within hours to do the job. To say this was an easy process is an understatement. I spent the previous night and morning calling other plumbers who wanted to charge so much money for an estimate, or could put me on schedules a few days out. Steve made things simple, quick, and with a local feel that I very much appreciated. Within hours he not only fixed my leaking spigot but he installed a water shut off valve to make my life easier when it comes to our cold winters in STL and now I won’t have to worry about my pipe freezing every winter. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he also got the job done quickly and professionally while providing fair and upfront pricing. Thanks to Steve, I've found my new plumber for life. I don't leave reviews often unless I am truly amazed by their service, and Steve certainly exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend his services!

This company is AWESOME!!!!! Highly, Highly, Highly recommend I sent a message via the website yesterday 06/18/2024 with in 40 min I received a text from Steve, Let him know I had a pipe that burst 3 winters ago and needed it fixed. He gave a few times to come, and unfortunately the times did not work for me, I asked about an early morning app and he said they would be there the next 06/19/2024. The guys were on time, super friendly, informative, funny, and answered all my questions. got the job done in 45 min. Colton and Greg came to install a new electric water heater and repair a sink in our commercial kitchen, ended up having to replace the main water supply coming into the building. They stayed late and the owner also came to help. Everyone was very professional and made sure everything was clean before they left. Very satisfied and will be using them again when needed.

My water heater was leaking and Steve came out and replaced it a day later. Great price and outstanding service. He even help with the rebate from spires for the higher efficiency heater.
