I called with a plumbing emergency the day before company was coming for Thanksgiving. Mike arrived within the hour, fixed our problem. Reasonably priced, too.

We had a leak with water damage downstairs. The leak could not be located? We are watching closely on where the water is comi g from? The rating is for unsolved. But they are a good and reputable comany. A ***** if problem was solved

Elmer was very professional and courteous. He had to leave and come back again, as the water had not been turned on yet, but the receptionist stayed in touch with me and the scheduled work was able to be completed. This is one of the few companies I found that will do de winterization.

Representative was two hours late to our appointment and wasted more time talking about his children’s careers than our service needs. Then ghosted without providing the promised estimate or scope of work. 0/10 for bad service and unreliable staff. If this is what the process looks like at the beginning, I’d hate to see what happens next. Steer clear.

Came out to do s bid then never called me back. Called a few times, never returned my voice mail. If you want work done, I'd recommend finding someone else who calls back.

Don't waste your time with this company, they were on the list for the St.Louis County home improvement program, called the first time for an estimate, was told he needed to check with the office about the schedule, waited a whole week then I called again and was told I'd get a call back but never did. So two weeks wasted and I'll be sure to try to get them removed from the recommended contractor list

Highly recommend Lemay Plumbing. I had an issue with my tub leaking from the piping in the basement only when a bath was ran. I called around and several plumbers were either backed up for 3 weeks or charged $190 just to come out and didn’t include materials (Bieg)!

I called on Monday and they were able to schedule me for Thursday. Elmer was very informative and fixed the issue of the overflow drain leaking because of an improperly sealed gasket. He was quick, I think only here almost an hour, and explained/showed me the issue causing the leak. The price was very fair. I will use them again for all plumbing issues.

I recently called to get quote and set up an appointment for someone to replace two leaking valves. After speaking with Shelly, she was able to instruct me over the phone how to inspect and fix both valves. In doing so she saved me the time and money, where other businesses did not. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. 10/10

I used Lemay Plumbing recently because my kitchen sink has been leaking for several months. When I called I explained that I have a limited income. Elmer was the man who came. He fixed everything that needed to be repaired. The bill was $175. Elmer did a great job. Thank you Mike for refunding me $25.. It was very much appreciated. Thank You very much.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

Lemay plumbing did a fantastic job with our re-pipe and water heater replacement. The plumbers and office staff were very professional and courteous, and the work was done on-time. On top of that, their pricing is very competitive and was the lowest of the bids we received for the job. I will be calling Lemay for any future plumbing needs.

We scheduled to have a new hot water heater installed to replace our 36 year old hot water heater with Lemay Plumbing, Ryan showed up as scheduled and did a great job along with Mike. They were very respectful and kept everything clean. Definitely would recommend to use Lemay Plumbing.

Excellent response time, excellent work. We were quoted an amount by another plumbing company for a repair we didn’t need. Mike fixed the problem and saved us a good bit of money!

Had an issue with kitchen sink leaking. Pipe connection was lead so had to have cabinet pulled dry wall cut and pipe replaced to cast iron stack. Work was done very neatly and in very orderly. Happy with work but as always plumbing pricing can shock a little but had to be do. All work passes code and is officially stickers by inspector.

Lemay Plumbing from the initial phone call through repair, everyone did an excellent job. We had a leaking toilet & Ryan did a wonderful job figuring it out for us & quickly repairing.He communicated exactly what was needed, got our estimate(very reasonable!)and he did the repair.
