Extremely satisfied! Hired Maplewood Plumbing to replace a clogged sewer lateral and install a double cleanout that involved 10-foot excavation and new pavement for my garage apron. No surprise changes to pricing or scheduling post-contract (versus my previous contractor) and financing was available + hassle-free. Great communication & always showed up on-time. Brandon, did an excellent job on fixing my leaking shower and sink faucets. He also adjusted my toilet tank water levels.
He explained everything he had to do to fix the problems. He cleaned up everything.
He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
This was the first time I used this business. I got their recommendation from a friend.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

I had an emergency situation with my sink not draining and backing up quite significantly. I called the company and they were able to send someone same day. They sent Steve S. and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, fast and as friendly as could be. I would happy recommend this company and especially Steve. Thank you! You literally saved the day!!

My kitchen sink was clogged. Had to access pipe from basement, which required moving plants/grow lights out of the way. Clog was difficult to clear. Once Josh thought he had it, he moved plants back, then ran water full force from sink to flush pipe. However, pipe
had closed up again, and all that water and drain gunk poured out on basement floor, shelves, lights and plants.
Big mess!!
Josh eventually cleared pipe and washed floor, but this shouldn’t have happened! He shouldn’t have assumed pipe was clear before testing it. Inexperience? I don’t know, but I still had plenty to clean after he left.
Also, someone with steel toed work boots broke the threshold under my basement door.
I’ve used this company before and had no problems, but I doubt I’ll use them again.

These guys were amazing! Arrived within 3 hours after I called them. Josh was very professional and very good at his work. He explained everything he needs to do, in addition to clearly outlining both the best case and worst case scenarios. This helped me know exactly what I could expect and possibly getting into. No surprises. Fortunately, he was able to fix my plumbing problem for the best case scenario! I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing plumbing help.

Maplewood Plumbing handled two jobs for me recently and I couldn’t be more pleased. The plumbers were knowledgeable and very helpful. They fixed an issue I had with a toilet another plumber installed who could not get it to flush correctly. I have not had a problem with it since Maplewood Plumbing worked on it.

Good experience. Plumber arrived on time. Listen to my explanation of needs then diagnosed problems with shut off valves and faucet. Gave pricing before starting. Decided on having valves and faucet replaced. Got to work and proceeded till finished. Job was completed to my satisfaction. Hadn't had plumbing work done in quite some time but had gone on line and seen estimates of plumbing repairs so was not surprised at pricing. When you can't get up and down anymore it's necessary to hire a good company to do the work. Louis Trent and Maplewood Plumbing met my expectations. Will be using again when needed.

They responded quickly to my need to repair the washing machine water valves freezing and needing replacement. I was quoted the cost of up front of the visit and told before the work was started, what the cost would be. When completed, it was the exact amount.

Had two recent projects with Maplewood plumbing and very happy with both cases. First had Dave come and cap off gas lines, he removed the old and worked with my schedule and provided efficient, polite and professional service! Second had a very stubborn kitchen sink, Steve and Reggie were able to find time and get it unclogged! Very professional and friendly. Company charges fair price and offers excellent service. Would 100% recommend.

We had a clogged basement drain and I called Maplewood Plumbing after hours. First thing the next morning, they called back. They sent a plumber that morning at a time we agreed on. They gave me his name and arrival time. Later, he called to say he would arrive in 15 minutes. He was on time, professional and courteous. He fixed the problem. Explained everything and left. This is why Maplewood Plumbing is our first call every time. We live in an old house. They have never failed to meet their 5-star standard.

Saved me money by replacing the shower diverter, I was afraid pipes were leaking but it was just a broken diverter. He went to Home Depot and got the new diverter. He had an overflow plate with trip lever on his truck; replaced mine and did not charge for the part. He was able to replace a cotter pin on my existing tub drain linkage, attach it to the new overflow plate, and all good. He also picked up a new shower head from Home Depot and I love it. Then he installed a new faucet on my pedestal sink (I already had it on site). He was fast/efficient; skilled; personable. Maplewood Plumbing for me, from now on. Thanks

We had a great experience. They were super friendly, came on time and worked efficiently. Pleasantly surprised with the cost and the work. Would defiantly recommend Maplewood Plumbing!!

I contacted Maplewood plumbing to look at a leaking cast iron drain coming from a second floor bathroom. Trent came out to assess, and we agreed that the long term solution was to change everything over to PVC. They were able to give a price on the spot, and I was able to get on the schedule shortly after. Fast forward a few months, and I decided to have them replace another cast iron drain line that wasn’t leaking but had signs of failure, so while the walls are open I had them replace that too. In addition, they moved a gas line for a second floor furnace out of the way, added a gas line for the stove, and a clean looking ice maker box for the fridge. While the entire project is costly, I used another big name plumber in my previous home to replace a PVC plumbing stack that wasn’t up to code. Their price would've been at least 50% more than Maplewood. I’m glad my buddy suggested them, and I will continue recommending them to anyone!

The technician came out and did a thorough inspection of the problem. Reggie was very informative and polite. Given the nature of the circumstances with the clogged drain, he and this company did me a huge favor. Fixed the problem the following day and everything has been going good. Definitely an A+ company.
