The 87 year old sink replacement in our 1st floor 1/2 bath looks great. The original sink rusted out and cracked (picture). The original faucet was on it's last leg. Maplewood plumbing did a great job of advising me, and the new sink and faucet looks fantastic! I was so worried that the original tile would be damaged, but there is not even a scratch. They used quality parts and the added shutoff valves are welcome. Thanks!

They one day to access the problem, gave me a quote and set up an appointment to do the work. The person that came to do the work was pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure working with them. And if I need future work, I would call them again. I highly recommend this company!

We had a broken toilet replaced last week. The plumber we had was friendly and very efficient. I felt like he had a level of competency that was higher than the previous company we used. I plan to use Maplewood Plumbing for additional plumbing work in the future.

Have used Maplewood Plumbing several times through the years. Recently had them do numerous things in preparation for selling our house - couple of larger projects and a few small ones. As usual, great work, friendly and knowledgeable guys.

Our most recent service from Maplewood Plumbing was like every other time they've performed work in our home - excellent. The plumber quickly performed the needed work (replacing a water supply valve) and then even did some additional checks since he was already in our home.

Recently had a kitchen stack replaced and the laundry drain properly vented. The dishwasher had to be moved and reconnected after the work. This upset the 18 year old dishwasher and some excitement ensued. Will responded immediately and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher. While not at fault, Will immediately dispatched a cleaning crew as well as sent a plumber a few days later to install a new dishwasher at no additional cost. Maplewood went above and beyond in addressing the unanticipated issue quickly. I will certainly use them in the future. This kind of response and customer focus has become too rare.

I had to call a plumber out to the cafe I manage to get a toilet fixed as it kept overflowing. This company was fantastic and was even able to get the toilet serviced same day! The tech was a really nice guy who enjoyed our coffee shop. I love that they're locally owned. Will absolutely be using them again!

Maplewood plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. I’m so glad they did. My garbage disposal quit working. Ugh!!! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and come over and install my new garbage disposal. My technician was very pleasant and hard-working. He cleaned up after himself even though I said I would take the trash out. I appreciate them and will refer them to friends. I give them two thumbs up plus

Dave let me know when I was to expect him for the appointment. He was on time and reviewed the hot water problem I was having.
Gave me a quote what I needed to repair the issue. Didn't have one of the items but said he could get it and be back to fix everything.
Got everything timely and was back.
Repaired everything and then he informed me he had replaced the washer hoses and the water valve to the washer.
They hadn't been changed in 35 years!!
I was so impressed with him doing that. He went out of his way to make everything work with the water pressure issue.
I can only say wonderful wonderful things about this company. My daughter had just used them and she recommended them to me.
Appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait months for some one to come out.

Life savers, seriously. Roto-Rooter quoted us 28,000 for a portion of the cast iron pipe under our basement floor, wanting to excavate the basement, and saying it was urgent. Called Maplewood Plumbers for a second opinion. There was NO collapsed portion of the cast iron pipe. NO reason to dig up the basement. It was just a bad case of roots in the pipe. For 20,000 less, they sent a 2 man crew to sleeve the pipe from the outside inlet to the inside basement drain. It took maybe 8 hours over 2 days - no excavation needed. They are honest, affordable, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Cameron A and Kevin J, very professional and personable.
