Basically they overcharged me... a lot!!! I paid 3-4x what I should have paid (Miniex will hook up a washer and dryer for approx. $150), were an hour late to the appointment, didn't take out the washer's shipping bolts and had the audacity to say that what they charged ($450) was a reasonable amount.

I called on Thursday to set up an appointment for a washer/dryer hookup got scheduled for Tuesday and asked for an estimate which they said they'd call back that day to let me know. I received no call that day, the next day, by Monday I called and asked again for an estimate considering at this point I have no idea how much they're planning on charging me. They said $300-350 for two hours of work. I asked if I could send pictures to make sure that estimate was accurate. I sent pictures near the end of the day for them, called and made sure they got them and they said it was all good. Tuesday morning rolls around, my appointment was set for 8am. 8:20 I call their office to see where the person is, he's on his way. 9:00 he shows up no apology or explanation (later I find out he had to get parts for the installation, totally understandable, however why am I having to call them to find out why they're late?) The guy spends an hour hooking everything up, then takes a look at my dishwasher for me, pushes it back a little further and rescrews it in. So a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes of labor. Then they proceed to charge me $450 saying it was for 3hours of time and materials. Come to find out miniex will charge approx. $150 for labor and materials for hooking up a washer and dryer.

I regret my decision to use their company, please do your research and get bids from multiple people. I usually do that but was in a hurry, and I paid for it big time.

They were very nice, but to be honest that kinda made how much I paid worse, they can smile while scamming someone out of way more than should be paid.

I called hoping for a credit of some kind and received none. I shouldn't have even paid it in the first place but was in a hurry. I guess the real lesson here is to slow down and of course, never use Guinner plumbing again to avoid way over paying.

This is an excellent family owned business that takes care of their customers in a timely fashion. I have had several plumbing issues solved and fixed and have avoided future problems because of the recommendations of the professionals at RA Guinner Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs.

Just had Nate come by and repair an outdoor spigot that broke yesterday. Roto Rooter was suppose to come out yesterday but cancelled at the very last minute leaving me with no water for another day. Guinness Plumbing came earlier than projected, gave me a fair estimate, and fixed the problem in about an hour in a half. Nate was professional and fast. I will be using Guinness Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

After an issue with another company where their "fix" resulted in a bigger problem than I started with, I reached out to R.A. I wish I would have done this to begin with. Nate was fantastic. He presented a repair option that the prior company did not even mention which ended up saving me over $1000. Nate was professional, competent, friendly, and timely. I highly highly recommend R.A.

AMAZING service! Moved into a new house and had a gas leak emergency the same day resulting in shut-off utilities to the entire house. After many calls down the list of plumbing companies with no luck, R.A. Guinner had a master plumber on the way to us within the hour on a Friday afternoon. The issue was fixed within a few more hours. Remarkable…truly went out of their way to help, I cannot thank Jessica and Neil enough and I will absolutely call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

R.A. Guinner Plumbing was amazing to work with. When I first called I just needed advice about frozen pipes and they were incredibly helpful before I even knew if I needed to hire a plumber or not.

It did turn out that one of my frozen pipes had burst, and they sent someone out the next day even though the weather was terrible and they were extremely busy. Only charged $205 when I would have paid $500 given the circumstances. Super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Kevin Kramer at Guinner through a friend and we are so glad. Quick, efficient and reasonable. Just had Sam over to help with an unknown second floor leak. He did not finish until the job was complete. We needed a new toilet after all and the replacement fit the footprint of the previous one and he worked with the lead pipes that are still in place in this 1926 building. They also organized Gateway to come run our lines as we were having a basement back up after Kevin came over for an estimate. I highly recommend R.A. Guinner
