Great company! We’ve always been impressed. We have had them out in the past for simple things like replacing the garbage disposal, and fixing a leaky faucet in the bathroom (all very positive experiences). Recently called again when we had water in the basement. They were honest about the problem and didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary parts or labor. I am so thankful we called Sinak Plumbing. I would definitely use them again!

I've used Sinak for about 10 years for a variety of plumbing work at two different older homes. They've handled both simple and complex issues - everything from the replacement of a broken sewer pipe, to locating a buried clean-out stack in my driveway, to fixing a leaking pipe in my bathroom. All of their employees are experienced, knowledgeable, and do great work.

I have used Sinak Plumbing Company forever (for both residential & commercial work), and never been let down. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their plumbers have fully stocked trucks with many parts in inventory. They are not the cheapest, but definitely worth the money (and wait when they are backed up).

I have used Sinak plumbing for as long as I have been a homeowner. They were recommended to me by my parents, after we bought our first home, and I have been with them ever since. They are a small business - so you have to be prepared to wait when you have plumbing needs, because they do good work, so their small staff is kept busy.

There have been times that they were unable to help me with a more emergent need, and in those cases - Jeannine always refers me to a reputable company that they trust to do good work for their customers.

Jeannine is awesome to work with, by the way...she's very friendly and helpful and does her best to help diagnose the problem over the phone so she knows exactly what to schedule.

Recently, I started to notice a stain on the wood around the base of a toilet. I wasn't sure if it was new or had always been like that, but every once in a while I would look and wonder if it was getting bigger. I started taking photographs of it for comparison - and over time, it was definitely getting bigger.

So - I called Sinak on 3/18 and their earliest appointment was 4/7. I took the appointment with the plan to just stop using the toilet - because it was clearly a very slow leak and I wanted whatever water was there to dry up as much as possible. I emailed pictures of the stain to Jeannine and she was able to confirm it to be a leak.

Fast forward to this past Wednesday, 3/30, and Jeannine called to ask if she could send someone that day. The timing worked for me, so within 20 minutes - Mike showed up to fix the leak. He was really nice and super friendly and took about 45 minutes to diagnose, pull and fix the leak and reset the toilet. He also cleaned the area with white vinegar which improved the look of the stain immensely. I opted not to have it pulled/reset in separate appointments so that I could have the wood replaced because Mike and Jeannine both separately advised that this is likely to happen again due to the nature of wood and how it expands/contracts with seasonal changes. So - for now - I hide the stain with a waste can.

What can I say - I just love Sinak. I wish all contractors for home repairs were as good and responsive and helpful and friendly as Sinak Plumbing.

Frey plumbing has done a lot of work for the apartment community that I manage. They are friendly, reliable, and fair. Gene #1 and Gene #2 are THE BEST!

Had them replace a broken master shut-off valve, replace our sump pump, and an outdoor faucet. Did the work quickly and at a fair price. Very happy with their service and recommend them over more expensive options!

I will definitely use their services again. They were able to come out on a Sunday to unclog my drain and at a fair price.

Had our basement drain back up with a bunch of water after the heavy rain fall from the last weekend. He came out and got the drain all cleared out. Very nice people will definitely recommend and use them again.

Denny was prompt, responsive, gave great service, and offers reasonable prices! Our stack was clogged from previous residents not using a hair catcher in the drain and he fixed it for way less than a bigger plumbing company. Highly recommend, we'll be calling Denny again.

Had a major drain backup couldn’t use any bathrooms. Once I contacted they kept me up to date on arrival time by text messages

They found two man drain lines clogged they gave me upfront pricing so I wasn’t surprised and the end. I like the upfront pricing it keep me calm.

They were efficient and extremely hard works. The weather was extremely cold, windy and rainy. Never complained about the weather conditions just keeped working until the job was finished.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff at RA Guinner. I had some plumbing issues and within an hour of calling RA Guinner Nate came out and solved majority of the issues same day. I had a quote from another company for more than triple what I ended up paying. If you need honest prices and good people I would highly recommend calling RA Guinner.
