Nick Goad was our service tech. that came to our home. He came the same day we called and we were so grateful. We were in dire straits and he saved the day literally. He fixed the problem and let me see everything he was doing through his camera in the pipe. He was so honest and upfront when it come time to explain it to my mother. She praised his honesty. Job well done Nick. We highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing Co. Inc. this week. They reconfigured and rerouted a bathroom drain stack in our basement, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

We saved up years of plumbing jobs and asked the LaMartina crew to give us an estimate. We worked with Caleb, Nathan and Glen on three different problems and they were each courteous and professional. Glen found that our water main shutoff was not working and moved heaven and earth to complete that repair, not part of the original estimate. He also walked through the entire house multiple times to check aeration and water flow before he was satisfied. With the work of this team, our house will be in good shape for another 25+ years.

Caleb quickly understood our plumbing problem and propose the proper fix. He installed the new diverter cartridge efficiently, but then needed to return with the trim kit because of the age of our fixtures. His company communicated well and scheduling was a breeze. I received photos of the job along with the invoice. I will use Tony LaMartina Plumbing again in the future.

One of the best companies I have experienced in a long time. Their employees seem happy and treated well, I felt supported and cared for as a client, and the prices were reasonable. They made a client for life. I’m not one to even leave reviews but I had such a good experience I had to rave. You rarely see companies with happy employees anymore. Companies have become so greedy now that clients and employees get treated poorly. This company is an example of how things should be. Great work, great communication, and kind and considerate treatment for everyone involved. I’ve already recommended this company to many friends and will continue to do so. Great responsive team work!

From Rachel who answered my call on the first try and got me scheduled to Amel who came out quickly and gave me a great price on the water heater install. Never tried to over sell me and even talked me out of doing some work that was not needed. My objective was to pass inspection. He gave me a quote that passed Kirkwood with nothing that was not needed.

Then the technicians Joal and Austin did the work quickly with quality. I could not be happier.

Last thing to mention is awesome technology that kept me informed through the entire process.

Our technician, Michael, was absolutely GREAT. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. We had a very technical 3-day job of removing two 50-gal water heater tanks and installing a new tankless water heater system. His attention to detail was very impressive. At the end of each day the work area was left clean and organized. Upon completion of the project he walked us through all aspects of our new system. He is one of the best tradesmen we have ever worked with. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Tony LaMartina Plumbing. They came out quickly to assess a leaking pressurized copper pipe, provided a clear and fair bid the same day, and returned the very next day to complete the repair. The entire job was finished in just a few hours, and the quality of the work was outstanding.

The techs that came to do shutoff & faucet upgrades were wonderful. They came up with creative solutions when problems blocked progress & their work had an artistic flair even though most of it would be hidden, never to be seen again. You know you have a good tradesman when the work meant to be in walls could be on permanent display. Would highly recommend Tony La Martina Plumbing to any & all.

Sinak has been our plumber for over 30 years. Always reliable and fair. Very professional.

I called an made an appointment last week. So, first I had to wait an entire week to even get an appointment. Then I was told if I called first thing in the morning on the day of the appointment, they would give me a time. I was told when I called at 8 am that I was third on the list and that was all they could tell me. That's not a time! I was looking for "between this time and this time" at the very least, so I could go on about my day. Anyway, I finally decided to check back in with them at 2:30 in the afternoon, only to find out that they were not going to be able to make it today. I was offered an appointment for NEXT Wednesday, SO, I've already waited one week and then an entire day and now they are asking if I want to wait 8 more days for them to POSSIBLY show up. No thank you! I'll take my business somewhere where someone is actually interested. VERY POOR customer service. Not sure how they stayed in business this long honestly.

There the worst. They did not inform me that I qualified for MSD’s lateral sewer program. I ended up paying close to three thousand dollars for the repair and they did not even reclaim the lawn for all the digging. When I confronted them about the above, there response was essential-tough. I would not recommend them to install a garden house! Ross Connelly

This company is great! Came out to instal some new fixtures and fix a running toilet. While they were there we discovered a leak at ice maker and they jumped right in and helped us with that as well. Moving into a new home is very hectic and they were very helpful!!!

We have been using Sinak Plumbing Company for years. From big jobs (bathroom remodel after we tore it out) to small jobs (leaky faucet or running toilet), they have always gotten the job done right the first time. I have even been lucky enough to have one of their plumbers explain a thing or two to me about leaky faucets and toilet flappers that have save me a service call on more than one occasion! Sinak Plumbing is still around for a reason...they know what they are doing and do it in an ethical and honest way.

Sinak Plumbing is a very reputable company. The secretary was friendly and helpful. Plumber was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was, and resolved it quickly. They left the bathroom cleaner than it was when they arrived. I called around, and their pricing is very fair. I will definitely be calling them again!
