Mike was great to work with! He fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He explained what was going on and offered helpful solutions to prevent future issues. Before leaving, he even triple-checked to make sure every drain was working properly. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism—definitely recommend!

I had a drain backup on Easter Sunday. I was so disappointed because I was expecting 25 people over for dinner within the next five hours. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to get someone over within an hour and a half. The technician, Conner was amazing! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time and I was able to host dinner on time. I would highly recommend them.

Roto-Rooter was great it was very easy to schedule service online. I received both email and text updates. Jayson was great, he showed up during the arrival window which was much appreciated. He was efficient with his time and had our drains open in no time.

Recently I hired this plumbing service, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Gabe Doney took care of the plumbing issue we had. He responded quickly, arrived right on time, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Gabe was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before beginning any work.

Service tech Todd was prompt and very knowledgeable. Work was completed in a matter of minutes and no mess left behind. I would highly recommend this company. Price was a little more than I expected but it comes with 6 month guarantee.

Roto-Rooter offers EXCELLENT plumbing services too. I called & set an appointment for the next day (which was a holiday). Shawn/plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired/replaced our damaged copper pipe within an hour. Highly recommend!

The appointment woman was super nice, her daughter’s middle name is Krista with a “K”, not with a “Ch” like mine, which we then laughed because it’s such a common mistake for our spellings! Anywho, as soon as she understood what I needed she set me up. Great call service. Technician was great. Found the issues, and got back in business. All around easy ti work with.

William was wonderful! He came here and solved our problem quickly, answered all of our questions, and saved us on a Saturday night, when we had tried calling 7 other places and all of them said they could ONLY come on Monday or Tuesday, meaning that I would have had to stay with over 1 inch of sewer water in my basement for 3 days before getting someone here. I truly appreciate Roto-Rooter!

While our issues weren't emergencies, we did want them checked quickly. Roto-Rooter was able to get here faster than I expected. They have served us twice previously and we were happy, this time we had a new problem. Not only was it taken care of, but we also know what to look for in the future. I appreciate that all the info and expected costs were shared as the source of the issues were found, so the cost was actually cheaper than we had been concerned we would face. I had 2 techs here today and both were awesome. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter!! They saved us again!!

Very happy with several jobs completed by Carl Hart at my house. Carl was very efficient and professional with his work! As always, he goes above and beyond with his service. He repaired a main shut off, installed a new refrigerator shut off and fixed my bathtub faucets. So grateful for his expertise! Carl is definitely an asset for Roto-Rooter and I would 100% recommend Carl! The dispatcher who helped me several times was very professional and friendly as well! Thank you!

I paid just over $1000 to this company to do a snake and camera inspection. I needed some sewer line work done and was told they could not complete the work. The man that did the work referred me to a company that had the equipment to do the scope of the project. The company they referred me to had me sign a contract so they could get started on work. The company never showed up and rescheduled the work to be done on 6 separate occasions. I reached out to manager at Roto Rooter to try and sort out the confusion and to question the legitimacy of the company they referred me to and I was never called back. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on pricing and them recommending an unprofessional company that doesn’t follow through on work as promised.

I have used Roto Rooter for Year's and I've always been extremely satisfied with their work. The customer service is outstanding. Mike took care of the plumbing service today and he did a great job he was very professional and polite great guy!! I wish there were more workers like him out there.

I live in the city of Saint Louis where the pipes are 100 year old clay pipes that from ground settling over the years, we now have issues with bellies in our sewage pipe system. I have lived here 4 years and in three of them, have been having to have my pipes hydrojetted as we do get waste backing up into the basement. Every other camera we have had done, have only extended to the street keeping it on our property which makes us responsible. However, Nick Haines was able to do a better video that extended out past our yard into the street and public right of way. It is because of the is belly that we continue to have to have our sewer drain hydrojetted every 4 months! The best part about this is, with this video, I was able to contact the City of Saint Louis Sewer Department, show them the video and our repair qualifies for the Sewer Lateral program which helps pay for the costly repairs taking a large financial responsibility off the homeowner!

I have no idea about anything when it comes to cleaning drains, but my technician (I wish I remember his name) was absolutely amazing. Even when I was getting yelled at by a neighbor for stealing her parking spot, he stayed calm and was patient. He explained everything to me and even helped lower the cost for me when I needed it most. Service was extremely fast, silent, and absolutely perfect. My shower hadn’t been used in years until I moved in, and he got it draining like it was brand new. Called this company at 7:30pm on a Thursday and they sent someone out within the hour, and it was fixed before 9:30. I could not have asked for anything more.

My experience with Roto Rooter was great these guys really know their job, they are true professionals to their craft. They respond in a timely manner and went right to work solving my drain issue.

Gabe was very professional and informative about the process while allowing me to observe the inspection. I appreciated how thorough he was and felt confident in his work while he tested the house drainage. I am so appreciative of this company’s ability to serve customers in such a timely matter.

Our drain clean out went fine, but the next day they came out and used a camera and informed us our entire plumbing system was deteriorated and needed redone and quoted us over 20k to fix it, stressing that it was an emergency. Turns out our plumbing is perfectly fine. So that's neat. If you use them, definitely get a second opinion before doing anything.

We needed help on a Saturday evening. Thank goodness Roto-Rooter is available nights and weekends. Even though others advertise emergency service, a lot of them really don't offer it. Our technician Gabriel was there within two hours.
We had a pretty good idea of the problem (clog in the main waste line), but Gabe performed a careful and thoughtful diagnosis so that his actions didn't make our problem worse. He kept us updated while he worked and he was just as careful to test everything on his way out. He was very methodical, knowledgable and kind. I think the price was fair given the time he spent and the fact that this was "emergency" work. We would have been obligated to a couple of nights in a hotel if Roto-Rooter didn't work out (Tuesday was the earliest appointment I was finding with other drain services). I would definitely call them again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to run a sewer line. After they began digging up my yard they trippled the price of the work they agreed to. All of this could be excused had they done a good job, but they trashed my yard with garbage, metal and broken pvc. Furthermore they refused to level the land so Now I have a 100' long 3' high pile of dirt running through my front yard. When I called and asked them to come clean the garbage and level the land, they showed up, grabbed a hard hat they left in my yard, and drove off. Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever hired.

Gabriel is the man!!!! He came here right quick. He was very personable, took his time to explain things. Very knowledgeable, ran the snake several times just to make sure he got it all. He’s someone who takes pride in his work and you can tell he really cares about customers. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this gentleman to all. Thank you. Thank you again
