Carl came out same-day and was so professional and helpful to fix a very old leaking faucet. His knowledge made me very comfortable in a stressful situation and he couldn’t have done a better job!

Gabe was great. Knowledgeable and made quick work of a pretty nasty clog 100ft into my main. Got me out of a bind and I appreciate it.

We had a simple clog in the lateral. The person who came did not clear the clog, charged me $300 for their time, and said it would be over $800 to clear it with a jet. I had a different person from another company come who cleared the clog in about 20 minutes and only charged $135. I would not recommend Roto-Rooter.

Go with a local plumber instead of a nationwide one like this. The people who work for them are professional, but it was $400 for them to come out (Actually $455 until I mentioned their nationwide coupon) and they never actually unclogged the pipe I was having trouble with. They were nice enough to refund me half of the price after a different plumber solved my issue, but the local servicer was only $200. Should have gone with them in the first place, don't make the same mistake I did.

Called for emergency sewer cleaning. Water backing up through basement floor drain. Saturday evening. I was told 1-1.5 hours. Technician arrived in about 30 mins. Professional, friendly, inspected problem, thoroughly informed us of process, possible issues and estimated expense. Completed the repair, done, cleaned up and signed off in 1.5 hrs. Great professional, courteous service. Very, very pleased.

Jason has been an amazing help with cleaning our our pipes when they got clogged up. Explained the reasoning for the clog thoroughly and what he was going to do. My husband and I do not know anything about plumbing so th detailed explanation from Jason was very helpful in understanding what clogged the pipes and what was wrong with our pipes. Will definitely be calling and using their service moving forward in the future!

Quick and easy! I had a clogged master bathroom sink drain that was causing a lot of smell upstairs. I Called first thing in the morning and someone was able to come out within the hour. Mike showed up and was friendly and efficient. He gave me over a 200 dollar discount when I discussed the quote of another company. Left no mess and got the job done quickly. I was very pleased.

Carl took his time accessing the problem and gave me a fair quote based on how the house’s pipes were set up. He did the repair and throughly cleaned the work area.

Very responsive, professional and Graberial explained everything prior to and after to completing the work. Did I mention super, neat tidy and CLEAN! Not a drop of water anywhere! Very impressed 👏

Jordan did a terrific job. He was polite, discussed what needed to be done after an assessment, explained the total cost, and got right to work after my approval. The company was very courteous, notifying me throughout the day regarding the window of technician arrival. Due to the snowstorm the day before my appointment, the company was backlogged. But they were still able to get to me before the end of the day.

Reggie and John are the dynamic duo! Excellent service, polite, well informed and professional. They also took every precaution to keep my house as clean as possible by doing extra work and coming through my back yard. I will be requesting them if I ever need service again!

UPDATE: Root Rooter did indeed provide sufficient video to allow for a 2nd opinion. Now, they told me not to get any work done.

I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and I have generally been pleased, but this time has been a Nightmare. I hope we do not have to go to court. I had a drain back up and called Roto-Rooter for a drain clean out. They cleared the pipe and ran a camera through. It seemed mostly clear, but they found the iron pipe under the house degraded. They gave me an estimate I could never pay. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. The new company could not get their camera through the pipe Roto-Rooter cleaned just days before. Roto-Rooter has, so far, refused to make good on their drain "clean out." Saying that I need to spend another $800 to truly clean the pipe they cleared last week! I had been a satisfied customer. Now I am angry.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. They were extremely responsive and sent us a tech the next day. Shawn was extremely helpful, professional and efficient.

Tech Gabriel came and unclogged the toilet that had an obstruction in the pipes. Toilet is back in business flushing normally again free and clear of obstruction. Thank you for the help and service Roto-Rooter and tech Gabriel. Would use Roto-Rooter again in the future if need be. Would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone, my friends and family. Roto Rooter was able to come out to my property same day. The technician, Alcee was able to clear out a stubborn sewer lateral clog. Alcee was very professional and explained everything he was going to do before he started. When unique problems arise, he was able to figure it out until the job was completed. I highly recommend Alcee and the Roto Rooter team. 5 stars+++.
