Surefix came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. One thing happened after another and I ended up with some new piping under my sink and had to get my sewer line "hydroflushed". A simple job turned into a longer, more intensive job. The technician took everything in stride, explained everything to me and taught us a few thing. Courteous and got the job done. They were kind enough to give me a reduced price given the unexpected turn of events. My wife and I were pleased and will call them again. Thank you!

My drain remains clogged and backing up after they jammed 80 foot of 1/2in cable in without a cutter head. They didn't flush line, just capped off and left. Do not use them. Very poor service even with 3 of their men working here.

I have had continuous problems with the drains in my house. I had another "big" name company who came out, a few times. Seemed to remedy the issue but then it would return. These Guys came out, trouble shot the drain issue, found it, and FIXED it. I haven't had an any issue since. I might add that what they found was NEVER mentioned previously. I will use them from now and HIGHLY recommend them.

STEAR CLEAR! I wish I could give negative stars. I was referred to this company. They were quick to come out and quoted us low. However, once ****** arrived, costs quickly mounted. He had to go into our basement to reach the plumbing. He asked if he could use one of our buckets and a pair of my husband's pliers. That was all fine. I had to leave for work and my mother stayed and paid him. When my husband got home, all of our basement lights were left on, our bucket was full of dirty water, my husband's tools were left out, and the pliers were damaged. When he called the owner of the company did not so much as apologize. He simply called ******, and ****** replaced the pliers. But we still paid this bill for a professional service and were given terrible service. When ****** came to replace the pliers he complained about paying to replace them and complained that he had been laid off for two days. They also told us that this may only temporarily fix the problem and recommended a $500 service. So time, money, and frustration may be for naught.

These guys did a great job at my shop today. They were able to squeeze my job in on short notice and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this family business. Polite, enjoy their work, and fast, yet, accurate. Thanks again guys.

Very professional on the phone and was able to come unclog drain line the next day (Could have come same day, but we used chemicals to attempt to clear it ourselves). Technicians seemed knowledgeable, were nice, and answered all my questions. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I made an 8am appointment for Justin to come look at a clogged floor drain, at 8:50 I called to find out his ETA. Was informed that he had been held up by his 7am job & was heading my way. At 10 I called again. The lady who answered was apologetic and I truly understand being behind but it did not give me confidence in that company. I’m sure they do great work. I called based on reviews. But I don’t feel they put any value in their customers time.

Excellent service and value. My grandma had a clogged drain in her bathroom and called quite a few places. They gave the best quote and even gave her $20 off senior discount. She was very happy with the service, they came on time, were efficient and professional.

Surefix gave us a honest free quote, and we went with them to fix out toilet. They are the cheapest cost around, and explained visually the part that went bad. On time and nice. My new go to plumbers.Thanks!

For projects with a tight deadline, beware. Sure-Fix gave a fair price and was prompt to make their initial diagnostic visit, and I got on the service schedule about a week after our initial visit. The repair was scheduled to finish 1-2 days before we closed on selling our home, so I was away from the property. On the scheduled first day of the project, their team assured me that their team had just arrived on-site at my property. On the scheduled second day, their team told me that the project was complete and just needed inspection. I contacted my realtor to confirm Sure-Fix's progress and learned that the project had not even been started! The supervisor indicated that other projects booked their services on a shorter deadline so ours got moved down the docket. They over-booked their schedule and expected me to delay my closing date to make up for their mistake. Sure-Fix demonstrated poor internal communication and over-booked their schedule which led to much stress and anxiety, a delayed closing date, and having to escrow our final payment. They offered just over a 5% discount for the "inconvenience." I would not recommend Sure-Fix to anyone who will not be present to monitor their project's progress. They did not communicate any scheduling delays to me until they were caught.

If you need Plumbing done Right, Quick and Fast contact Sure-Fix Plumbing & Drain. I put in New Washers 4x and this last time the water was still coming out fast (and that's with that line shut off, but was still pouring out). So I contacted Sure-Fix and set up a time for them to come out. Initially I called back to see if there was a Service Fee, they told me that they needed to see the problem first. Justin came out, looked at the problem and gave me a Very reasonable estimated price to fix the issue and install a New Frost Free Outdoor faucet. He fixed it and had the new faucet installed within the hour and was ALL done. I will Definitely use them for any Future issues. Good Job & Great Work !!

Ron is awesome at what he does. He went above & beyond to provide quality service as well as checking to see if our old hot water heater was still under warranty. Which it was. So by him doing that he saved us from spending $500+ on a new one. He even went out of his way and drove 30 mins away to do the warranty exchange for us to ensure we were back up and going with a new functioning Hot water heater.

Called them Wednesday morning. Our floor drain in basement was backed up. Ron said he would get a serviceman out shortly. Greg came out about an hour later and within a couple hours he had us all opened back up and running like new. Greg is an excellent worker and a very well spoken young man.
