Rude customer service.

Don’t call in an emergency- had a sraying leaking outside faucet—— “we can get you next week for $285”

Called on a Sunday and they came by later that evening. Fixed the leak and the plumber Cavion explained what he was doing as he completed the job. A little on the pricey side but they did a good job.

Needed Bore's services for the first time and they went above and beyond; from the person who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the plumber that came out. All were friendly and communicated to keep me informed throughout the process.

I’ve used 5-6 times over the span of 9 months. Decent service but repeatedly cancels on the day of service. Will not service a job unless the landlord is on site during the work. Hard to use a company that doesn’t value the customers time along with their own.

Eric was great! Friendly, fast and thorough, fixed a longstanding issue and took the time to stay & insure it was 100% working after the fact. Would definitely recommend!

We had a SITUATION that went from minor to moderate and was approaching severe. Yeah-we had no choice but to call in a professional. The first business I called wanted the equivalent of a mortgage payment to clear the main line. FORTUNATELY, I called Bore’s next. They answered the phone quickly, and sent Austin out in less than 2 hours. He was personable, thorough, got the line cleared and had finished up in an hour’s time. And the price was NICE! Next time, I won’t wait so long-I’ll just call Bore’s.

While getting my house ready to sell I had a few minor plumbing issues and then one bigger project as well. Over the course of a few months I had them over about 5 times and they have been wonderful to deal with. I found them to be very fair and honest: doing the work that is necessary and not trying to take advantage or upsell me but letting me know my options. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on. Everyone I worked with was intelligent, good at problem solving, and really know the craft and county codes very well.
