They never quoted me over the phone. Had to visit my property multiple times to fix a kitchen sink. The technician said he would have to charge me for every visit, and would have to visit two more times. Then he promised to get the job done on a Monday, and when I called to see if he was going to show, the company declined services based on my tone.

Well, if a company can’t adequately quote me, then threaten to charge me for repeat, unconfirmed visits, then I don’t want to do business with a company like this.

We have had good experiences with these guys clearing our drains. Even on some tricky jobs, they stuck with it until the problem was corrected. Ron and the guys at Sure-Fix are honest and trustworthy plumbers for sure.

Ron came over to deal with a leaking pipe, was able to quickly identify the location of the leak, and came over to fix it a couple of days later. The leak was behind some cabinets, but he was able to cut a couple of holes behind them and find the leak, so I was able to get my water back up and running much sooner than if I had to wait for an entire contracting team to remove the cabinets, etc, etc.

An especially big thank you as well to their team for coming out on a day off to help me out!!
