I called them for a repair. They requested pictures and replied fast with the work that needed to be done! They told me the cost of the part and their charge. They were fast and the price was very reasonable! I plan using them in the future! I feel that they were very honost and most definitely hardworking.

Horrible customer service. The woman who answers the phone was flat out rude. I asked about plumbing services early in the week, I called back later in the week, and she said maybe another week or two! I never even got on the schedule. Will look elsewhere where they treat new business with some decency.

The work LaMartina Plumbing has done for me over the years has been excellent. I would never go with anyone else. The quality and service they provide is without equal.

This place is a joke. They installed water heaters at my house. They were under warranty when the heaters started leaking. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and never did. My wife tried reaching them and they kept giving her the run around...something about the connectors not being covered under the warranty. We are 10 days later and they still haven't sent anyone out to look at the issue. I am calling another plumber and not using these guys again.

I recommend you do the same.

Let them know I was a referral customer. Mark came out and gave us a quote, he was polite when visiting. There was poor communication throughout the process. We were told one thing and after I was given quote and questioned one of the items on it all of a sudden after telling me they could do job they backed out last second. Poor customer service.

We have always had the best experiences with Hoffman. Sean is the best, he finds a way to fix things other plumbers have given up on. Response time is good

... After the reply from the owner - what I meant was you could have chosen your words well saying you are fully booked and there's no way to accommodate new projects at this time - that would be understandable - and not because I am a new customer.
