I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. My experience was good, at first. On the Monday after starting the job the plumbers locked me out of the house. When I called Mr Vushaj he said he was across town and could not come, so I asked him not to lock that again (I had no key). Tuesday he told me the work he did uncovered other problems and raised the price $1500. On Wednesday I informed him that he had left trash in my house and not caulked around the work he had done. He told me, "you can do that." Only after intense coaxing did he agree to do that and leave my key on the kitchen counter. That evening he left the keys on the counter, caulked the bathroom like a four year old, and proceeded to lock the lock I had no key to. For the second time he locked me out of the house, and refused to help pay for the locksmith, $319. Finally, my wife and I discovered his work had caused another leak which I will have to get fixed.

I have used Vushaj Construction as a referral for 5 different families I know who needed housing. Vushaj was very responsive and has BEAUTIFUL and HUGE homes for rent. If I personally am ever in need of a home, I will not hesitate to call Ms. Janet and her team at Vushaj Construction. They ROCK! **All 5 families referred, are currently enjoying their HOME with Vushaj Construction**

Extremely rude. Started on time. Workers were polite. Multiple spots on my pavement where heavy vehicles left imprints. Previously had my entire driveway and back parking space re-asphalted. Looks absolutely horrible now. Job was finished 4 days late on a 3 day job. Job site was clean. Would not recommend.

Great experience with this company everything went according to the plan from the appointment scheduled to the price given, which was the best price in town and the job was completed as agreed. Definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Alberto and his team were great. We had a leak from our plumbing and they came out quickly to help fix the problem. Highly recommend. (Tip:
If you have a leak, turn off the water to the whole house, not just the sink it’s coming from. Water will keep dripping otherwise. We didn’t know.)

Alberto and his entire team are the best! They did an awesome job replacing my entire plumbing system underground at my property! Also they installed my new Toilets, vanities and a new tub for my new bathroom. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. My realtor recommended this company for me when I had sewer work needed before closing on my house. Trusted my realtor blindly, but after my experience can say I do NOT trust Vushaj. They were in and out and left everything a mess after replacing some cast iron and supposedly scoping and cabling my out bound piping. 6 months later I had a complete back up and needed a different emergency plumbing company to come out. Vushaj said they would re-scope and cable everything and would pay for it. The third party that they used couldn’t get their camera into my sewer but said everything should be fine. Here I am 6 months later with ANOTHER backup. Ridiculous. If they would’ve done the job correctly in the first place I wouldn’t have needed 4 visits from plumbers reacting to the same problem within the first year of owning this house. Word to the wise… always get a second opinion and don’t blindly trust your realtor - and especially don’t use this company for your sewer repairs.

Two of your workers were on our street 8 October 2024 and attempted to dig around a mainline. They did not wait for Dig Rite of which professionals must do. They hit the gasoline while using a small bobcat. They did not need a bobcat for such a job. A shovel would have been perfect. The street was closed and gas filled the air. I get the impression that some people think a machine is the best, and can speed up the job but this showed unprofessional and dangerous behavior. It also looked like the workers told the hiring manager that they really know plumbing or they were just were given a job.

Also the truck and hitch took up too much parking. When plumbing is such a high skilled job you need to make sure you have licensed, well trained professionals.

These guys were the best. I had to have my lateral sewer line replaced. I can’t believe how quickly they worked and how careful they were and meticulous in cleaning up and leaving my yard and home in better shape than they found it. I would recommend them with no reservations. Fantastic.

I have wanted to leave this review for a long time. Vushaj did 2 jobs for me. Not only were they reasonable but they did a great job. I can see why the business has become so much bigger in the last 10 years. Alberto is great!

Behind one of their trucks today and they rolled through every stop sign, never used a blinker, all over the road and proceeded to stop in the middle of the road multiple times with a line of cars behind them on Michigan Ave. Then after stopping in the road for a 3rd time I honked and they flip me the bird. Real classy company! Let’s learn how to be professional and drive safely during rush hour traffic.

If you use this company, be on location while they are working, and take photos of the works as it’s happening. That way, a year after your sewer line is replaced, and you discover your waterline has been hit by an excavator, and the sidewalk thrown on top as fill (realized only after excavation of the waterline), you can have proof they actually did it. Otherwise they might say it’s your fault for not noticing it soon enough (even tho it’s buried!). Photo is waterline after unearthing. Also make sure you know your waterline per the city records prior to having them come close to it at all. Photo is the excavated waterline with lead to copper fitting which the city had 0 record of prior to or after the “work” was “completed”

We highly recommend Vushaj Construction for sewer lateral replacement. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall value are exceptional. They truly care about the project, and it shows in their results. They replaced our entire basement sewer lateral and a portion of our outside line, and the results exceeded our expectations. We have owned our home for 25 years and this was by far our best contractor experience from start to finish.

Alberto and his whole team at Vushaj are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. I had a sewer lateral issue and not only did he provide an affordable estimate, but they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Felt like I made trusted friends! Anytime I have an issue that Vushaj can fix, ill be calling him. As well as giving his name out.

Had problems with our plumbing a few weeks after a plumbing stack and sewage pump was installed, one of the pipes exploded at a shut off valve and flooded our basement. Now not even six months pipes are cracked and pump is not working. Leaving our basement flooded once again. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. If you value your money hire anyone else by all means

Alberto and his team were wonderful. They did a sewer lateral replacement for my new home. He came out twice before I hired them to help me understand what was happening.

It was a really big job and the completed it timely and did an amazing job of cleaning up and the basement dig up looks fantastic. Through this whole process Alberto himself came out multiple times just to check in. He also just showed up at my door one day after completion to make sure all was going well.

The crew was friendly and great, and I feel like Alberto really took care of me. I will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.
