First of all, thank you for your quick and courteous response to my call. Your company was at my house within three hours, and took less than 45 minutes to fix my sewer line clog. Jeff was great in answering questions and keeping me informed throughout the process of unclogging the drain. I would not hesitate to call again and have been sharing your company’s information with everyone I know - including realtors. Hopefully I won’t have need of your services in the future, but if I do, I will call you all without hesitation because I trust your company!

I was under the impression that there was no charge unless some work was done.
We still have plumbing issues and was charged for sticking a rod in the hole. Then the technician sat in his vehicle for a while before leaving. I remember asking others, ""why is he still sitting there?"" Before he got in his vehicle, He stated, "the issue is on the city side." Then I contacted the company back to get the video of the clog because the city asked for it and I was told that would be another $200. This is a company that states they work with the city, so they know the city request a video.

Called for an emergency service the day before Thanksgiving. They squeezed me and got the job fixed. Great communication and great service. Will certainly call again in the future should the need arise.

I would like to thank the technician for being courteous and professional. I loved how he explained everything he was doing and was going to do. He left me with a lot of valuable information on preventative measures on sewers. Once he completed the service I was elated to see that he sanitize/restored my basement.

Very helpful! We had a floor drain back up due to clogged kitchen drain. He was able to quckly resolve the issue and provide prevention strategies to lessen the chances of reoccurrence. All of this and a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They were very prompt and tried very hard to fix the issue but unfortunately was beyond needing a drain cleaning or hydro flush. Appreciated the time they put into trying.

Drain tech went right to work, analyzed what was needed for my slow kitchen drain and in no time had fixed. He (name, I am terrible about remembering names) said it was probably the worst clog with grease and everything else that he had worked on. I said I didn't have any idea it was that bad either, we have only been here about a month. I want to say thanks for responding to my call so quickly and doing a great job, thanks again.

!!Do not trust them to clean out your sewer lateral!! I set up an appointment for them to clean my sewer lateral. They did not properly clear the drain line with correct equipment (did not use cable but a water system). 8 days later sewer lateral clogged again. Company did not stand behind work. Another company came and pulled roots from system. The response from this company is also a lie; I called them and a woman answered the phone. Informed me I would have to pay full amount to do the work I just paid them to do.

Did the work. Sent photos. Prompt service. A bit of a hiccup on communication. Called me (owner..out of town) instead of tenant(at home. where problem was) to gain acces to building. But it hot straightened out pretty quickly.

They were the first people to contact us and show up. Did a good job. I have them bookmarked now so I don't forget the name. The only thing that I can say would have been better is if they were open and answering the phone at night when our emergency happened.
