Miguel did a great job completing the backflow testing that I needed done for the city. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things as he worked, as well as answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend him!

Pipe solutions cleared the lateral line of all obstructions, plus they lined our lateral line. The owner Steve and his team (office staff & plumbers) were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to our family and friends without hesitation. Great job & thanks!

Their service tech was very rude and inconsiderate. Upon arriving after being late because they went to a wrong address they would not listen to either my wife and myself what the problem was and tech just did what they wanted to do. They put blame on brand new parts that were just installed 2 months ago and told us that he adjusted what needed to be done and he would order replacement parts. After he left our problem has become 4 times worse than before they worked on it. If and when Pipe Solutions have to resend another tech to address now a bigger problem they will not send the tech we already had.

Chris came out to replace a garbage disposal under a home warranty (AHS). Pipe Solutions has a nice system in place to let know when your service person is on the way so I knew he was coming. Chris arrived during his scheduled time, was quick with the work, kept things clean, provided me with my options (both garbage disposal and warranty wise), and answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for more.

Technician arrived to trouble shoot water softener system. After talking with me and calling the company who installed the system he didn't charge me a service call bc he didn't do much. A lot of companies would charge regardless. I'm happy there's still some honest businesses around. Thanks Ross.

Nick from Pipe Solutions was our contact person/professional. He took his time and did the work well. At one point, there was another part that was needed for the job, and he went clear across town, St. Charles, to get that part. He returned and completed the job. We are grateful for the job well done. Thank you.

Had another great experience with Pipe Solutions and AHS! Chris was great! He took care of our two leaky faucets in no time and even took the time to explain what was going on! AHS worked extremely fast! I put the request in for a technician at 11:00pm and had a tech out by noon the next day! Great experience!

Absolutely untrustworthy service. Never completed the work but sent me two surveys to rate them. Tech left washing machine in the middle of my laundry room and denied it I cannot move it myself. Never fixed anything, I think they don't know how to work on slab homes. Buyer beware they will not fix anything and claim they did. They claimed they would come back out next Monday, 4 days from now. Do not use!I had 4 different stories of the repair first they were waiting on authorized repair from Home warranty, then they claimed it was fixed, they claimed no one was home, and the home warranty never received a request for approval. Horrible customer service and no response. If the shower was working, then the technician never tested it because he left greasy shoe prints in my tub , no water was ever ran. AVOID This Company! Just a follow up a second company, and different plumber confirmed, the cartridge and internal part was the issue. It was fixed in 10 minutes.

The service technician came to inspect my water heater. He was actually a little early but that was fine. A piece broke so I’ll need a new water heater.
Should take a couple of days
to hear from American Home Shield about the replacement.

The service specialist repaired a leak in the plumbing pipe. (previously installed water heater). He was thorough, professional, and explained the procedure to me when the work was completed. He was emphatic, caring, and reassured me that the company would be there for further needs. Job well done!!!

The young man looked me straight in my eyes to tell me all the work I needed done to fix the leak, even telling me a carpenter would be needed to repair what he would damage. Your dishonesty shows your value, unprofessionalism, incompetence because you have not researched your market online to update your professionalism and integrity. Customers are able to educate themselves before we even make an appointment with you. I did the job without having to do anything your technician recommended I do.

This company is a joke. Adam came to my property Sept 2, 2022 and was unable to provide the service I needed. He ensured me someone would reach out to me within 2 hours of him my home. I didn’t hear from anyone until I reached out to the company Sept 5, 2022 via text message. The company stated “Our office is closed today. You will need to call the warranty company and see if they can get another vendor out to you today. I am unable to get somebody out there with a main line cable this week.”
They never attempted to call me once. I called my warranty company and explained the situation. The warranty company stated the work order with Pipe Solution has not been processed. Pipe solutions never told them to transfer me to another company, so now I’m just sitting with sewer waste in me basement. The only thing Pipe solution offered me was a “sorry for the inconvenience”.

Adam from pipe solutions did a great job replacing the pressure reduction valve (PRV) and main shutoff valve coming into my house. He talked through the problem I was having and options available. He was extremely professional and was patient and very thorough when answering the many questions I had. I'm typically a DIYer but some plumbing projects are a bit outside of my scope of comfort. Overall, my experience was very good and the pricing for this job seemed reasonable.

Since this was covered by our insurance, I did not rate the value. The service was excellent and we were happy to have a different plumber than the business they had sent. The problem was fixed, the plumber was professional and there was no mess. Great service from Pipe Solutions. I highly recommend them.

Kyle was very professional and friendly! He made sure that we would have hot water up and running and even made a special trip to the warehouse to get the parts needed to fix our water heater! Very pleased with his commitment to service!

Warranty company trusted this organization to handle our plumbing call with a bad faucet. Adam came on scene and patiently listened to what the problem was and took care care of it in about 1.5 total work time. Which for me is great (considering I do contract work) plumbing is not something you can rush and you want to make sure your work doesn’t leak so the issue may have seemed small but he was thorough and took preventatives measure to make sure we wouldn’t have to deal with the issue anymore in the future!
