Had an urgent plumbing issue with my bathtub that wouldn’t stop running, showed up fast, figured it out right away, and got everything fixed perfectly. He explained what was going on clearly, didn’t overcharge, and made sure everything was working before he left. Super professional, friendly, and reliable highly recommend if you ever need a plumber who actually knows what they’re doing.

Twice now they've been out to my home, two years apart; despite being entirely replaced less than a decade ago, my sewer lateral line needs to be cabled every year or two to keep the drains from backing up into my basement. Both times they've been quick, professional, clearly knowledgeable about what they're doing, and are very reasonably priced!

As long as these guys are around, I won't going back to the big name brand, who take twice as long and charge so much more for service that doesn't last.

City plumbing that's my spot Scott and the guys always treat like family take care of me the best place to go people try to send me to Home Depot those places but I like spending money with family the right part quality part the first time don't don't waste your time.

I think the guy's name was Steve he was very helpful I will go back there. The prices are kind of high but what do you expect from a mom and pop store

An excellent plumbing supply. Scott, the owner, helped us diagnose a leak from our washing machine without any questions asked. And… I don’t know another plumbing supply in STL where you can get your pipes and supplies and spend time with a cute, friendly shop dog.

No need to run back-and-forth to the big box, hardware stores you can get what you need with great customer, service, and advice
