I have used Raw Dawg for the last several years. They always show up on time. The tech has always been courteous and knowledgable and they have always taken care of my issues. I would also like to point out that service in some areas, is difficult to achieve. I had a tenant whose sewer backed up at 3:00 in the morning. I called several "24 hour" plumbers, the only one to show up was Raw Dawg. I appreciate them so much.

I Had a block in my main sewer line. The technician came out in a timely manner, had good communication, and had an ok attitude.I payed for the main line to be cleared and inspected. The technician did nither because he couldn't make it through the block. I only seen shark tooth cutter on his auto feeder and instead of heavy duty gloves he used latex gloves so I do not believe he changed the fittings or effectively manipulated the cable. I rented a drain snake from home depot and was able to clear the blockage using a spiral bar cutter. I won't use them again and I recommend anyone using their service pay attention to the effective effort the technician is putting into the job.

I had A broken pipe under the Basement floor a technician From raw dawgs came out ran a camera through the sewer line to assess the problem, broke open the floor and made the repair Even Hydro jetted the line Did an excellent job and the price were very reasonable

We had an appointment, which we had to set up a couple weeks in advance. The plumber reportedly came to our house but did not call or ring the doorbell. Before that he cancelled for a variety of reasons. When I called the office, the office manager said he would not come back even though we had been waiting at home for him all day and had our phones on. Our phone logs showed no evidence that he called. Unreliable and unprofessional.
