Stephen came by and was very straight forward and honest while remain professional at all times, I will suggest any friends and family to contact Davey, and asked for Stephen, for tree services going forward.

They did a fabulous job! I lost two of my ornamental cherry trees (very sad). Ted, the arborist came out and was very knowledgeable. They removed the trees and and stumps and put in a mature cherry and a redbud (for some variety at Ted's suggestion). They were efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up the areas very well. I am so pleased with the work and my trees.

While they did a great job trimming and cleaning things up, they did a subpar job at the deer repellent steps I paid for. I paid for them to plant my 3 brand new Northern Red Oaks and take steps to prevent deer damage. As a supposed tree expert company they would have known Northern Red Oaks are particularly tempting to deer. They installed a flexible, skimpy net around each tree that was maybe 3 feet tall directly around the base of the tree which did absolutely nothing to protect them. One buck got his horn stuck and pulled the whole tree out, dragging it across my lawn. The 2 trees in front had all their branches bitten off except the top center one. They were also all rubbed up against so now they lean like they're drunk. If I had known that what they did was not enough, I would have said something and I didn't realize the extent of the damage done until spring. Now I'm out 2 trees. The only one that survived, which is the one in the backyard apparently survived by sheer luck.

Fast and effective! Not the cheapest quote I got, but you get what you pay for. The leaves have come in and my trees look great.

Extremely rude gentleman called me and tired to bully me into service, wouldn’t tell me what property it was for or anything, just a bad attitude from the start.
Edit/Update; same gentleman called me again to what I can only assume was to bully me some more. Stay away from these rude people

Had a stump that needed to be ground down and removed and Davey Tree did a great job. My West county office sent out BRIAN who did a great job removing and cleaning up afterwards... I recommend you use this service too.

A storm dropped a large tree on our house. The slope of our property and position of the house made this a very complicated removal. Your estimator came out on Sunday and so did the workers. Amazing.

fantastic customer service by Ted Craig, he is a very professional Arborist. Any questions regarding our trees, shrubs etc. he knows the answer to or researches it, then gives us the answers on a very timely basis. We are so very happy with Ted's prompt responses and advice regarding our trees, shrubs etc.
