I have had an annual maintenance contract with Standard for my home and business for decades. They respond quickly and are proactive in preventing future problems. The annual maintenance pricing is competitive. The customer service dept is always helpful and the servicemen are knowledgeable and informative and bery thorough. Would not go anwhere without them.

Very efficiently replaced our air conditioner fan and motor which had failed. Compressor proper performance was confirmed. The technician achieved all need ed actions in less than two hours, minimized our repair cost, and the AC unit was thank goodness quickly back on line during very hot and high humidity weather conditions.

Timely response to our AC going out. Came within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Super friendly and instructive to talk with.

We've been dealing with an A/C issue for over two years. The problem was a combination of faulty parts and some shady dealings with another company.

What a great experience! I had the best plumber come to fix my plumbing issues (Fred). Not only was he on time, he was respectful of the property. Left the place clean and went above and beyond to keep me informed on the job. The time suggest for the fix was right on target and there was no slow work. He worked hard and fast the entire 5 hours he was here. I no longer have to search for a great plumber because I will always go back to Standard Heating and Cooling for my needs.

Received prompt service after our air conditioner stopped working. The service technician was very polite, easily assessed and fixed the problem, and did not attempt to manipulate the situation in order to sell unneeded equipment or services. Great experience!

Just had my fall check up for furnace, everything checked out fine. For a system that is over 20 yrs old that’s great, will look into a new furnace/air conditioner come February when they run their specials.

Been with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, INC since 2004 after purchasing our home. I signed up my first year in our new home with the maintenance program they offer. They come out in spring to do A/C system maintenance and in the fall our heating system maintenance. We do have two cooling and heating systems.

Condensing furnace exhaust pipe was leaking. Tech that came was professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone!!!

Tech came and identified inducer motor as the problem. Costly repair. Furnace did not work overnight. Another tech comes and states the intake is the issue and clears it. That was the actual problem. I paid for a new motor that appears to not have been necessary.

On 1-14-26 Scott G. a service tech and finished the re-installation of the humidifyer in the HVAC. The job was completed expertly and quickly. Techs like this are the best advertisement a company can have, let alone buy!!
