Amazing Service and Genuine Care

I cannot express my gratitude for the outstanding service we received from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning. I have been a long time customer with an annual service contract and our AC went out right on the first 85 degree day of 2023. Joe came over right away, quoted me a great price, and made the whole situation very quick and smooth. The next week they installed a brand new AC in about 5 hours. While at my house their service team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our family. They understood the urgency of the situation and made us feel important. Thanks again! I highly recommend this local business!

It was Sunday yet they responded quickly. Gave us a couple of things to try and when those did not fix the issue they came right out.

Jake did a great job. He explained everything that was needed along with costs. He was friendly and professional. I will use Standard again.

I purchased a new build townhome in early 2023, and to say the least, the aftermath of dealing with the builder has been horrific. So when issues arose with my new AC, I was already dreading how this would go… thankfully, the builder used Standard Heating & Air and I was referred to reach out directly to them.

Of course it goes out in the hottest week of summer, but the next day they send someone out to investigate. At the time it looked like a loose valve causing a leak, and they filled her up and it was starting to cool.

Two days later, temps continue to rise outside, but also again inside. I should mention my young daughter has a serious respiratory condition that staying in uncomfortable hot temps for extended periods can make it harder for her breathe. So when we got home that evening and the inside temp was 83, I called with a bit of “mom panic” of what to do with my child if they couldn’t come that night. There was a storm coming, they couldn’t do a full inspect, but they came to fill her up so at least through the night my daughter would be okay.

The next day the gentleman that came was honest with being stumped, but also very determined to find the problem. After an extensive search, he discovered a small piece that was assembled in the actual AC unit from the manufacturer and had a hairline fracture. The piece might have passed quality check, but after vibration of continued use, would have opened to cause a leak.

We knew where the leak was coming from, but we had a new predicament:
- Order the part and wait
- Order a replacement unit and wait
- Have other members of the team with special expertise come see if they could artfully weld the fragile small piece

Given my daughter’s situation, they explored all three and were willing to take whatever fixed it first. However, it was late on a Friday and they couldn’t get their team member with this skill set out until Monday. They still came over the weekend to fill my unit and make sure our temps didn’t rise.

Monday came and two gentlemen spent a good part of the day in record heat working on a small part in the hopes it would fix it, and we wouldn’t need to order a part/unit and wait longer.

Their expertise paid off, and now I’m able to write this review in my comfortably cool home as my daughter sleeps peacefully. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were extremely professional, showed great amounts of integrity and were very empathetic and caring towards my situation.

I should also note, my AC warranty expired just a month prior, and they waived all costs. Didn’t charge for one visit. They aren’t the big name competitor you see on commercials or advertisements, but they are the company that’ll be there when everything seems to be going wrong to help get you back up. I had never heard of them until this, but moving forward, they will be the only one I recommend.

I live in an apartment building where my building's management wanted Standard to replace our heating system. They replaced it yesterday and when I came home a loud sound was coming from the unit. After my building's management contacted Standard this morning they were here a little over an hour later to make sure everything was okay! Awesome and fast service, definitely would recommend.

The issue was addressed and part replaced before noon. Both technicians were courteous and efficient. They were responsive in conversation and action., professional in demeanor. No one could ask for better service.

Standard and Heating was awesome. They took the time to listen and explain their process. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were great getting our furnace fixed in a timely manner.

Our AC went out over the holiday weekend and the tech that came out was great!! He was polite, professional, and explained what was malfunctioning in a way that was easy to understand!! We still had a warranty on parts but because it was not installed by Standard it was harder to see if that part was covered. Their office team did the research during the business week and got the cost of the part credited back to me. Great overall experience and would recommend them to family and friends!!!

We had a cool check done on a Saturday memorial weekend, he was very courteous and polite man, an he listened to what I had to say, found a problem and was able to fix the issue. I had a amazing experience with this company an would definitely go to them again for my AC problems.

thorough routine maintenance on furnace. the technician provided an overview of work done and cleaned up the area when completed.

They did a great job and we are very happy...BUT the finance through wells Fargo, dropped our credit score 60 points because they gave us a maxed out credit card, so shows or debt on card is over 30% , so we have to pay over 7k to get our scores back up, all of our cards are good, so FYI watch the financing,

I was not on site while the service work on my AC unit was being done, but spoke with the service tech while my nephew was present. Everything was checked out on my home's central air unit
and I was told it's running fine. Wouldn't hesitate to have future
work completed by Standard Heating and Air.

Incredible experience. They treated us like family. The tech was great and would even stop to say hi to our 2 year old. They actually asked what I wanted and listened to what I said. I will say that’s not a common experience working with contractors for me. Would absolutely tell everyone to go there. Will definitely be using them when it’s time for our heater. Thanks Standard.

I have had a contract with Standard Heating & Air for years. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable.

We just had Jake from Standard Heating and Air come to our home to do the yearly maintenance on our system. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He took time to explain a couple of issues that needed immediate attention. Based on our recent experience, I highly recommend Standard for heating and air conditioning maintenance.

Standard H&A always shows up when they are scheduled. They always go over any repairs before they make them and technicians are professional and courteous. I feel very secure partnering with them to keep my furnace and AC going and reliable.

I cannot recommend Standard Heating and Air enough. I have had two different repairs over the past month, and they were so great. You never want to have a furnace or AC repair, but when you do, this is the only place you should call (unless it's on a day I need them). They have great technicians who take the time to listen, explain, and love your dogs! I have used Standard for a long time and they NEVER disappoint.

Service was fast and efficient.Service technician arrived in the time frame assigned. He was courteous and efficient. The cost of servicing the a/c was very reasonable! 👍
