From the initiating call for AC help to the conclusion of the service visit, the folks at Fred’s were professional, gracious, helpful, and skilled! I’m so glad I called Fred’s. Preston, the service technician is excellent! He explained
the situation clearly and completed the service successfully. I have AC again!! WooHOO!

The repair man was friendly and professional. He clearly explained what I needed to restore heat in my home and was competent in fixing it. Also, he was prompt in getting here.

We have been a Fred’s customer for well more than 10 years. They have always been very responsive and helpful. This week, I woke up and my furnace was not working. I called Fred’s and they had a guy come out that day, my igniter was broken and needed replacement. Jose, our Fred’s tech, identified the problem, went and got the parts and had us up and running in about an hour.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! Also the front office receptionist was so kind and very personable. I appreciate Fred’s heating and air. Definitely will recommend and continue to use Fred’s when we need help again!! Keep up the great work!!!

The techs that work for Fred’s are always honest and efficient. They arrive on time, and are friendly and knowledgeable. I can trust that Fred’s will give my heating system it’s best care.

Our air went out on a Sunday afternoon just in time for 90 weather to return. Dave came to the house to check out the damage within 24 hours and made sure we got on the list for installation within 2 days. The 4 gentlemen who arrived on the scheduled day were early and professional. They completed the task and cleaned up after themselves and made sure our elderly cat found her way back to her napping spot. I recommend Fred’s 100%. We will use them again for any HVAC needs. Thank you AC crew!

The most professional technician I've had in my home for some time. His communication skills were top notch. Just a great experience all around!

Takes some time to get appointment. Had issue with humidifier installed for a couple of years.
Doesn't work and periodically made unusual noise. Freds has been aware of this issue but not taking it serious. Seems to work fine when on site. Does not humidity the house.

My technician was nice, thorough, and quick. He showed up on time and sent me a text when he was on the way. He didn’t try to sell me other services or make up things. I also thought the price was reasonable. This is my second time using Fred’s and both times I’ve been happy with them.

I always like working with Fred's and their technicians (today it was Shawn). They do solid, honest work, and they're informative (and interesting ) about what they're doing and how I can keep the system running even better between seasonal maintenance visits. The techs are timely and pleasant, and they don't try to upsell me.

From the very beginning with Dave Melcher coming to our house and throughly going over everything to Dakota & Seth removing and installing our whole new system was amazing. We found out that for 23 years the contractor who originally did our house when we built
It, cut corners and we did not have proper air flow from the basement. Fred’s made it right! They came on one of the hottest days of the summer, heat index was 104 and worked all day removing and installing to make sure we had air before they left. Then they came back the next day to finish things up. Dave came back out a couple of weeks later to look at everything and go over our smart thermostat. He spent over an hour making sure we all of our questions were answered. Our thermostat was not working correctly so two hours later Ryan showed up with a brand new thermostat, got it programmed and then checked the system before he left. So impressed with everyone!!! Highly recommend Fred’s heating and air!

The wrong size humidifier filter was installed by Fred’s technician. Very upset about that. The technician today told me correct size. Went to Lowes got a replacement. Very happy with today’s technician. Please follow up why wrong filter was installed.

Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my furnace running again in no time. All the team members I’ve met at Fred’s have been so kind.
