Long time to unloading 😡😡😠

The staff at Air Management Supply is always helpful, professional and efficient. We always get the right parts, usually the next day which is unusual for us since our area is so rural.

HVAC company bought our Rheem furnace here and it overheats. The HVAC company that installed it refuses to come up with a solution. Another Rheem dealer refuses to come up with a solution and will not return our calls. We were told by Rheem to directly work with Air Management Supply and they would advocate on our behalf. They told us they would work with another HVAC company to resolve and now they are not returning our calls. I have never worked with such unprofessionalism. They are hiding and just hoping we will go away. Shame on them!

Really appreciated the fast and professional service!! I called Control Comfort in the morning because our furnace had stopped working. Ken was at our house within two hours and had our furnace working again in just over an hour (which included Ken having to go get a new part). Ken was very courteous, competent, and friendly! Thanks for the great service!

Jimmy was extremely helpful. His timely service helped get the AC working again quickly. He then called me, answered all my questions, and provided ideas to prevent further issues. I will definitely use CC again for routine maintenance. I appreciate the work!

Josiah from Complete Comfort completed my routine maintenance on our geothermal unit today. He was on time, friendly and thorough. I also asked if he could get me a quote on installing an updated thermostat. Not only did he quote it, he installed and trained me on it right then and there! I needed a replacement for my ac unit and my furnace. I was told it would be an all day job and it was done in about 4 hours! The two guys who came to work on it were in fantastic moods for it being 7am! Thank you so much for being here early and getting the job done so quick! Very very impressed. Controlled Comfort is the place to go for your heating and A/C needs. I highly recommend them and have been a customer for years. I bought current A/C and furnace from them and had my previous equipment maintained by Controlled Comfort.

Update: Once again today they continue providing their excellent service with a smile!

Furnace was not putting out heat in accordance with the thermostat so I called for a technician and one was sent out the next day and fixed the problem. The flame sensor needed cleaning as we had just finished construction around where the furnace was. We have been using Controlled Comfort since about 1990 and have been extremely satisfied.

Have used this company since 2004, Never Dissatisfied , workmanship is always professional and top quality!! Highly Recommended !!!

Unfortunately, good things never last. A couple years ago the blower assembly that forces the air through the burn chamber was dripping condensation from the bottom of the unit. The guy they sent out took the assym out for inspection, had to go back to the office for a gasket to reinstall the unit, also not upon my request pulled the burner tubes out and cleaned them when they were not in need of service, put everything back together and I ended up w/ a bill close to a thousand dollars. I called and complained and was basically in so many word told to go pound sand, that Crescent Iowa was some big freaki'n road trip from their office and might as well have hung up on me........So, my wife did some research for the inducer assym, a little over $300, purchased it and I installed the unit NO BIG DEAL!!!!!! Now I use THERMAL SERVICE and am very satisfied again!!!!!!!!

We have used the services of Controlled Comfort for almost 30 years. We have never had a bad experience. Technicians are top notch and the company is incredibly responsive. Highly recommend.

Woke up New Years morning with a furnace problem. Called the emergency number and Eric was there within an hour. Found what was wrong, made a warehouse run and had everything fixed by noon.

Controlled Comfort is a great company. Terrific service for both maintenance and repair.

Long story - my AC stopped working on Sunday night. (first thing) Monday morning I called and asked for help - I was told on a phone it is a busy day for them (no doubt, we have a heat wave) but they will come as soon as they can (could be late, but still on Monday). 1 hr later a technician called me asking if I'm home and he is OK to come. I've never seen faster response!!! He replaced two capacitors, charged and serviced the AC - he was quick, professional and (I believe) what I paid was very very reasonable for the service!

Showed up with a bad attitude, saying water flooding into my vents and returning air system was not a big deal. Was unprepared didn’t have clean air filters to replace the ones that were soaked from the flood… complained about his job, didn’t respond to my emails and boasted about his new house so he doesn’t have to worry about dirty vents and air systems.

Called Burton they are cheaper for the technician fee got out here quickly and showed empathy and care towards my situation.

Jacob called before he came today, and was on time. He was efficient in doing the furnace checkup, and friendly as well. I appreciate that Controlled Comfort called me to set up a furnace check through our maintenance agreement. I did not have to call them.

Extremely helpful with ALL my questions. Made suggestions for me to better maintain my unit. Let me know there were furnace filters that fit more properly...I might need to be ordered, as it is not usually stocked, which I did after he left. ...I was a very surprised at this as he is the 3rd person to come to my house from your company and the only one that has let me know there was a size that fits perfectly. Thank you Jonathan! He also gave me a magnetic strip to cover the opening once the proper filter is put in. Extremely professional, polite and helpful. Thank you Debi
