Jason arrived quickly after the call and took care of our busted pipe in no time at all! Fast, courteous, and affordable! From this experience, I would definitely recommend AKSARBEN ARS!

Matt came out and was incredible! I had another Company dispatched by my home warranty that didn’t even diagnose the issue and attempted to add on an additional $6000 and pipe replacement for a broken garbage disposal. Needless to say Matt And Phil with Aksarben ARS were kind, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient with diagnosing and resolving my issue. Not only did I cancel my home warranty. I have also purchased the service plan with Aksarben And will continue to use them going forward. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work done! Thank you so much!

From Hawaii and not familiar with house pipes potentially bursting due to the cold weather. Jeremy informed me that a furnace that maintains temperatures at the 50 F level in home can help with this. So glad that I got a new furnace installed.

We had the best service ever. The problem was fixed and he showed me exactly what was wrong. He then stepped me through the new thermostat and explained how the new thermostat works. He is one of the best service tech you have and hope I get him if I need anymore help. He is a huge plus for Aksarben Heating and Air. Thank You

Phil, My technician was very good at explaining what the options I had avaliable to me and was not pushy or strongly suggestive about any additional repairs. He did a quick job and was gone in no time. Excellent work.

My first experience with an HVAC company and was truly amazed. My furnace went out unexpectedly and had to make a late evening call just looking for something to do about the issue. Lady on the phone was amazing and took all of my concerns down and immediately got me scheduled. The tech Jake came out today and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Even though I am going to have to have a replacement done, he was up front and honest about everything. He addressed all of my concerns to the best of his knowledge and even showed me why he was quoting was he was for repairs. If he didn’t know the answers due to that not being his area of expertise he got me in touch with someone who would know the answers. Definitely recommend!

Firstly, I had a coupon for a $49 unit tune up that wasn't completed. They rescheduled my first appointment due to being too busy, then rebooked me, called me that day after I was waiting at home all morning ( 10 -2) to tell me now it would be 2- 6 pm time frame. My technician never spent time investigating or cleaning my outside component, which is still covered in grass and untouched, yet spent most of his time down stairs on my ac unit while I was tending to my children. He came upstairs briefly after arriving saying there was oil on his fingers and that there may be a leak someplace. There wasn't dust finger prints on the lower furnace box until my boyfriend handled it this evening after the technicians "tune up". He also left a big mess in my basement ( tape on the floor and a puddy mess).
Well he determined that I needed a new condenser coil and quoted me around $3,600 (if my builder registered the unit) or around $5,600 if they hadn't. Everything has been working absolutely perfectly until Askarben arrived. He told me I'd need new freon and quoted me 500/lb, which is absurd because its usually 50-80/lb with installation!
My assumption is my technician came over, saw an easy advantage, and did what was needed to schedule himself up a hefty commission check, without fully even following through on his obligations of my coupon to begin with. Now I'm concerned because my ac is working properly at all. It was extremely hot an hour after he had left. Now, having my ac set at 69 degrees for multiple hours my house is at 74 degrees and it's 70 degrees outdoors. I have two children, two dogs, and an axolotl with very strict temperature regulations that are at risk because of my trust in this business.
This matter needs resolved. I hope no one puts their trust into this coupon scandal like I did.

We cannot thank Aksaben and Andrew enough for stopping out today to unclog our drain for the third time. Twice for no charge. Although they do not warranty drains they still came out AGAIN and the third time he pulled out some debris a neighboring condo resident had flushed since his last visit. As our complex and pipes are very old they will require more work eventually. I highly recommend ARS, we were very pleased with Troy and Andrew. Also thank you to your company management for sending a professional out again to help us out.

We had our heater go out on the weekend. A technician came out a few hours after I had spoke to them. The technician was very professional and informative. Unfortunately it was the circuit board and had to be ordered. But we were fortunate to have a couple space heaters in which we borrowed from friends. I still gave them a 5 star review because of his friendliness and professionalism.

So we were under parts warranty with the which is why we contacted them. We had our home built 2 years ago and one of the dampeners that they placed went bad. We told them this and they told us the part was covered but labor would be $160/hr. Ouch, but okay. After many hours the nice gentleman could not find them. We need to contact a friend of ours to assist him in located the dampener that they placed! It was in the wall behind what appeared to be a return vent. The man tried change different things and wasted more time until finally replacing the dampener. After costing over $460 (mind you the part was under warranty) and now the zoning doesn't work and the dampener makes a squealing noise!!! So I have a dampener that hopefully works but doesn't do its job and large bill and house venting system that was zoned and now doesn't work. Thanks for nothing. I would call them to try and have them remedy their issue but I don't have any trust in them.

*Update* They even submitted the paperwork to MUD saying they installed a new furnace. I had them come out because we received a letter saying they needed to inspect our furnace because things were replaced. I thought it was for the gas valve we had replaced. The tech just left my house saying they received paperwork saying we got a new furnace. No inspection was needed. This is ridiculous. You guys have wasted so much of my time

We called them a few months ago for a routine furnace inspection. A few things popped up that needed fixed and we totally expected that since our system is 20+ years old. The price they gave for repairs however was astronomical and I'm very thankful we have a home warranty company who fixed everything for less than a quarter of what we were quoted. And with the exhorbant price for repairs came the salesman who wanted us to get a whole new HVAC systems for I believe 13k at a 13% interest rate over 12 years which would've been over 25k altogether which was a good chuckle for us. It should be around 7k. The weird thing is, after declining the new HVAC system, they scheduled us for an install the next week anyways and I had to tell them no multiple times because they just kept rescheduling it instead of taking me off the list. Then when it got cold a week or two after, I tried to turn on the furnace for the first time after their inspection and it wouldn't work. So I called the warranty company. Aksarben shut off the gas to the furnace after going over everything with me? It was actively running when the tech was telling me everything that was wrong and he said after that he just had to put the panels back on so I'm not sure why he would shut off the gas. It really makes you wonder if they were hoping I'd call back because our HVAC wasn't turning on to really seal the deal on buying a whole new system. I love telling people we're first time home owners to see how far they'll go to take advantage. This seems to be one of those places. The tech and salesman were very nice and polite but aksarben seems to have some questionable business tactics

Though Aksarben quoted an appointment for the next day for my leaking pipe, the dispatcher called about an hour later to send a plumber within 30 minutes. Much appreciated! The company’s maintenance technicians are always very nice and well mannered. Though, beware of their quotes for other services such as installs. I’ve found them to be 3x higher. Overall, rating 3.5-4 stars. Technicians 5 stars.

Russell went above and beyond helping us with our clogged drains. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We will be recommending Aksarben to all of our friends and family

Jake and Camden came out to tune up my furnace. They were insanely thorough and instructive for me. They walked me through everything they were doing and specifically laid out what issues they saw in my unit. Will definitely use this company again.

Isaiah arrived on time and diagnosed our heater. He then explained the problem, and we agreed to proceed with the repair. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also offered us a membership to keep the system running smoothly. I highly recommend him and also recommend Aksarben for any heater repairs.

Toby C. was a breath of fresh, kind air! I have never had an appliance, home restoration, etc be so empathic and reassuring. He was able to help with our plumbing issues and also had outside resources he trusted continue to keep the project on track. They showed up within 18 minutes after our initial phone call.

This review is not a reflection of the service personal who were friendly ,understanding, but were saddled with the Company's business model.
At times I felt Aksarben was not a local company but some overseas operation with personnel available for scheduling.
The work was not accomplished by one service person but by two and steps were not taken to make sure nothing was overlooked before passing the job to the camera man.
Had the first service man had a camera he would have known a section of the drain pipe needed to have more of the buildup on the pipe needed to be removed and he would have used a larger auger to enlarge the drain. As it turned out, the needed enlargement was farmed out to another company if I wanted to have the work done.
What was left could have easily been accomplished by Aksarben but the buildup in the pipe was passed off as some major job that would cost me almost another $2000.00 .
I felt manovered into a money grab when the job could have been done by one service person .
As I said, the service person were working under a business model designed to leave the customer needing more help to make the end result closer to a job well done.
I will probably look for another company in the future.

The young installer was quite nice. Might need a small touch more training and definitely some more experience. He did have to call in a couple of helpers for some guidance.
We are still waiting upon a paper receipt to be mailed to our address for tax purposes.
    Thank you.

Terrible experience star to finish. 0 stars!

Customer service was rude and dismissive, scheduling was constantly pushed back, and the tech showed up late on a Friday night. The next day we were pressured with aggressive sales tactics, refused access to camera footage, and told we needed $47,000 in pipe replacement due to “significant breaks and roots.”

When we declined, they suddenly offered to price match hydrojetting—but only if we signed that day. The hydrojet was delayed for days and then done poorly. Despite their own scope showing issues at 80–90 feet, they only cleared to 60 feet and gave multiple conflicting excuses.

We had another company come out who showed us on camera that roots were still present. Whatever Aksarben did, it didn’t fix the problem.

Avoid this company. Poor communication, outrageous pricing, and zero accountability.

I saw a commercial for $79 drain cleaning & we had a basement drain that needed to be snaked because it was draining slowly. When I called to see if the $79 deal would apply, the gal asked for our address & she said yes, we were in the service area for that deal. So I went ahead & scheduled service which was the same day. When the plumber tech arrived he looked at it & I told him we normally just need the drain cleared every 1 1/2 to 2 years. He went back to the truck to put an estimate together & came back with the cheapest quote of $239 to clear the drain. I told him when I called to schedule they said the $79 would apply & he said that was only for main lines & ours was just a drain issue so it was more. I told him I felt like it was false advertising by his company. I was hoping I had found a plumber I could trust to do something reasonably, but I guess the search is still on & will not use them again.

I called for an emergency HVAC service. They heard my issue and dispatched a tech who arrived within an hour and a half. The tech was Jose V., and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He did a thorough assessment, addressed inefficiencies, and recommended options. I appreciated his professionalism, and taking the time to explain it all so that I could make mindful decisions about what’s next.
