Chris was friendly and explained everything to me about my furnace. Very friendly and prompt service. I would highly recommend them.

They were quick to look at my problem and take my money but 3 weeks later and I still don’t know what’s wrong or how it’s gonna be fixed. Not to mention they charged over $200 for what I thought was gonna be a free estimate.

I had the best service from Moore Services. I am in the commercial side of the HVAC world but needed my furnace replaced. They were fast friendly and reasonably priced. They were middle priced but the service I received was premium.

Initially thought was good company, but they took our money and never rendered service as promised for HVAC inspection: Zach ( no longer there) was very friendly and arranged for some HVAC repair, which went fairly well. We also set us a twice a year inspection of our HVAC system and prepaid for this service. We received our first inspection, but never heard again from Moore Services even after repeated phone calls and emails. They kept our money and obviously have no intent on giving us the service promised. Not trustworthy or honest.

Zach was wonderful, did a great job again!
He is very kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He had lots of patience and reviewed everything with me :)

It was time to replace my heating/AC units...Francisco-Home Comfort Designer presented me with my options and thoroughly explained each option. The day of the install, Dalton-Installation Head and his crew arrived early and installed the new heating/AC units. They were very professional and installed the new heating/AC units. They did an excellent job! Dalton explained the new system and new digital thermostat thoroughly. Everything works great! One of his crew even ran my vaccum cleaner in the basement to get any debris that was missed. I highly recommend Dalton-AireServ and his awesome crew to install your new heating/AC unit!

Craig showed up at 3pm on a 100° day did his assessment and let me know the full story; possible reasons why the unit was struggling, options, prices for fixing or replacing and was just a very professional and personable tech. I've dealt with a lot of trades and techs in my time and he tops the list. I was lucky to have him as our service guy

Very timely service call, technician Juan was excellent & took tone to explain what tests he was running to diagnose problem.

Hopefully we wont have any more problems but if we do Id like to request him to return.

Dalton came to our house to service our new ACs and furnace after some super hot days left us wondering if our (pretty new) ACs were functioning at their max. He was very professional and thorough and took the time to explain his final report and recommendations at the end. I have never experienced such a thorough visit from an AC company and highly recommend their services. Thanks Dalton and team!

We had a complete furnace and air conditioning unit replacement. The installation crew showed up when promised and completed the project in one day. They left the area clean and hauled all used equipment away. We recommend Aire Serv to anyone in the market for a new unit.

Dalton was Excellent and transparent through out the entire tune up - took his time to answer questions and my “wondering” - just to learn whenever I can and that’s priceless to me. He was also very good to my dogs, and respectful to the house etc. highly recommend him with the level of service that he provided today.
Being a vet myself, was great to hear he too is a service member, so all around great experience and that adds a few notches on my rating scale when you throw that on top is a bonus.
Give that man a raise.

I first worked with Craig S. And Aireserv over the summer. Craig came and provided me with a detailed estimate on replacement of my 35+ year old AC, and later completed the installation. He was ny today to service my furnace. My experiences have always been excellent. He is on time for appointments, provides detailed information on the service, offers recommendations with estimates but does not pressure for any purchase, and is very efficient with my time. I would recommend Craig and Aireserv to anyone with heating/air needs

Dalton and Axe did an amazing job! They were professional and kept the space clean while they were working. We love our new air conditioner and furnace. Everything is easy to use and working properly. Axe showed us how to run the new system so we are all set with a comfortable home.
