The crew at Maxim cleaned my air ducts last week and we have seen a noticeable difference already. Our house smells cleaner and I'm so excited to cut down on my dusting! The team was really nice and friendly - we felt very comfortable having them in our house. Denise called me to follow up and check how my experience was...now that's good customer service! I would recommend them highly for any air duct, mold, water remediation, and/or carpet cleaning.

Maxim completed mold removal from my basement and air duct cleaning. The teams that completed the projects were professional and did a great job. Jessica did a great job helping me get the services set up and informed me when the team was on their was for the work. They were timely and respectful.

I purchased a new home this year and was having issues with prior pet odor as well as the dryer not fully drying our laundry. Maxim came out and cleaned our air ducts as well as the dryer exhaust. It has improved the odor as well as fixed the issues with our dryer! They were quick and got the job done with minimal impact to my work from home schedule.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband and I had a horrible experience with using this company for blind cleaning. They came out and I asked if they thought they could remove the paint from our blinds, they said yes, took the blinds and told me that I would receive them back in 3 business days. I called on the 3rd business day to ask when they were dropping them off, they told me it would be another business day. I called back that next business day asking what time, they said it was another 2 business days. I call back 2 business days later to ask the time and they state they won't be back for another 2 business days. I asked why I kept getting lied to about the date, was it because there is an issue with getting the blinds cleaned. The manager said that our blinds weren't a priority and we'd have them in 2 business days. I call back again, 2 business days later and they won't return the blinds. Claim it will be another 1 business day. They leave a voicemail at close of business telling me it will be delivered next business day. I call next business day and now they state I'm not on the schedule. Once the blinds were actually received the paint stains on one blind were worse than when we provided. The other of the two blinds you could tell hadn't been cleaned at all. They are a horrible company to work with, their treatment of us and lack of accountability for their issues was disgusting. They charged full price to ruin our blinds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The phone calls will only show that I was given dates, every date I was given, I called back asking what time they will be dropped off and then was fed another lie or excuse. The gentlemen that took the blinds said 3 days and I called starting on the date they told me the blinds would be done. The company further tried to lie to the contractor claiming it wasn't paint when they have no idea because we have proof that the damage was done by painters. They were not in the home when it happened and they weren't even looking at all the stains I showed them when they came to get the blinds. I would not trust them with your property and they are willing to lie to not take accountability for their own actions.

Maxim was great! The technicians did an incredible job cleaning the ductwork. I ask a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. They even took a cool video of what was inside the vents so I could see a "before and after"

Three months after they supposedly started, this is what they left coils and washable filters looking like after “monthly” coil cleanings.

Gouged me with a bill for $355 for their plumbing company in North Platte, Aupperle Plumbing, to do next to no work. The plumber ran some water through the clean outs to try to increase the flushing pressure in the downstairs toilet, which didn't improve the problem at all. Waldinger invoiced for two visits, but the plumber was only here one time; the second "visit" was when the plumber returned unscheduled the next day, when I wasn't available, to install a new faucet. I called and explained that my mother with special needs decided to move from her home where I have been caring for her, so there would be no need for a sink, as I would be moving soon, but the plumber offered no sympathy, nor did the company, as I regard their excessive billing to be revenge billing for my cancelling the installation of a faucet.
