Very happy with the dryer vent service we received. Feel like our dryer is back to its original level. We will definitely call them if we need any of the services they offer if another problem comes up.

We had our ducts cleaned by MAXIM Ceaning and Restoration. From the first phone call I made to inquire about the service, I was impressed. I was treated with respect and felt valued as a customer. I trusted the two gentlemen that did the cleaning. They were honest and explained their work thoroughly.

Long story short. We had water come in our basement from the May 11th hail storm. It took a couple of months for the contractors to get to the basement flooring and when they lifted it, it was still wet underneath and mold growth from wall to wall. Steve came by for a consultation the day after I called. They immediately started their remediation and the job was completed in 4 days; environmental test passed with flying colors. Courtland and his associate were AWESOME!! They removed ALL the mold quickly and were very professional and courteous. I absolutely trusted them in our home without us there. Laura is wonderful - she helped us with a major insurance problem. Maxim is an excellent company! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The duct work in our 50 year old house had never been cleaned and when I took off the intake registers they were 50% blocked with dust. Maxim came in and explained what they were going to do and spent 1 1/2 hours on our 14 registers. When they were done it was amazing how they cleaned them all up. They were professional and very reasonable I thought. I only wish we had done this a long time ago.

Are you thinking about cleaning your vents? Hire them! So the two awesome humans who came out to clean my vents today had a flat tire. They told me they would be a little late, and the beat the original time they gave me to be done. The house feels...lighter? Seriously if you've not cleaned your vents please do so and do it with Maxim. I'm an interested person who likes to see what people do in their jobs and they took the time to explain and then show me. Vent cleaning is super fun to watch. They cleaned all the vents in our house and let me see what they were doing. I found rat poison in a vent and called them right away. They took care with every vent to make sure my house feels more like home then before. Pick them. It's worth your time.

My carpets were cleaned 2 weeks ago, and no spots have re-appeared! My aging dog had left her spots, and I'd used other products to clean, which turned dark again, even after other companies had cleaned them. The Maxim technicians called ahead of time, were here as scheduled, and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time. We've used Maxim 3 times over the last 2 years. First for rug and carpet cleaning. We then had them out to clean the air ducts after a remodel project and just a few months ago they cleaned all our leather furniture. Gabe's team is fantastic. They show up on time and the work is done right!

They were within the time frame they stated, explained everything thoroughly throughout the process, gave us the cost up front, were very kind with my kids wanting to 'help' them, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond cleaning the outside of the returns and vents as well. All of them look so nice. Ours had NEVER been done in the 30+ years since our house was built. We had a 2" layer of dust, debris, dog hair, gunk and even a dead mouse in our vents. GROSS! We feel like we can breath easier already and the air is crisper. Maxim did an outstanding job with cleaning out my air ducts. They were on time and very professional. Such a needed service since we have 3 large dogs! I especially loved the before and after photos they shared with us before they left!
