We have used Aire Serv for several years and have always been happy with their service. This time, they really went above and beyond for us. We are moving and needed our AC unit serviced as a condition to close. We scheduled a few weeks ahead and had the date in our contract. On the date of service they had multiple emergency issues come about but still made it out to our house to help us meet our deadline. The tech arrived after 6pm and was still friendly and courteous after an exhausting day. Dave and his team were clearly exhausted but still provided excellent service to ensure we met our deadline. We are extremely grateful for their excellent service and dedication to their customers. We will definitely have them to our new for a new service contract!

Thanks for being able to service my heater today, along with the recommendation. Craig was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and noticed the issue very quickly, he also took time to explain what needed to be done and the steps he would take to repair my heater.

This was the first time I had used Aire Serv and I honestly don’t want to use any other company for any heating or cooling maintenance/repair work. Our technician, Juan, was very personable and was willing to talk me through things he was finding and what he was thinking. He didn’t make the experience feel like one giant sales pitch (which was a breath of fresh air) and he gave me honest and fair advice. I could not recommend Juan and the Aire Serv team more strongly!

This is a great HVAC company to work with. Had to get maintenance on existing system, which turned into new furnace and heat pump install. We also had them come out and do a duct cleaning. The techs are really thorough and they take pictures along the way. This provides a piece of mind that services were done correctly. Highly recommend this team.

These guys are the most professional I have worked with. Their customer service is very good. One of the things I appreciate the most is the communication and feedback I receive. I would say these guys are the best in Omaha.

The tech I had spent 3 hours troubleshooting and by the end, she was still so professional throughout. Ended up staying until close to 8pm working to get our heat up and running. To put it in perspective, I had called out a different company a month prior and they couldn’t figure it out. I feel like the other company just changed a part to get paid by my warranty company. I’d recommend Aire Serv and use them again.

I highly recommend Aire Serv! Lauren did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing my furnace! She truly went above and beyond. Lauren communicated issues excellently and was so helpful in every way possible. I’m so thankful!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had just trying to get a simple price estimate. I first called about a week ago to ask for pricing. The representative put me on hold, came back, and told me it would be about $80. I specifically asked if that price included everything, and she said yes—minus the cost of the part. She even offered to put me on the schedule and said I could call back to cancel if I found a better price.

I later called to adjust the appointment time and had a feeling I should verify the pricing again. The second representative repeated the $80 price and again confirmed it included everything. Then she launched into a monthly plan that would reduce the service fee from $80 to $25. That’s when I realized the price I had been quoted was only the service fee, not the actual cost of the work. When I questioned that, she admitted customer service cannot give actual pricing at all. When I tried to cancel, she said she’d transfer me—and then hung up on me.

I called back, and the next person said he could have a plumber call me before arriving to discuss pricing. I asked whether I could cancel the same day if the quote was too high, and he said yes.

The day of service arrives—about 3 hours before the appointment—and I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I called again, explained everything, and asked to confirm that canceling day-of was still allowed. The first call disconnected immediately. When I finally reached someone, she informed me I didn’t even have an appointment anymore—they had already canceled it because of the service fee issue. She was the only honest and helpful person I spoke with throughout this entire ordeal.

This company wasted my time, gave me conflicting information, and repeatedly failed to communicate clearly or professionally. I will never use their services and will strongly encourage friends and family to avoid them as well.

Took me five quotes to get someone with the right product, right price, and very important the right financing.

Great job and nice to have reliable heating and cooling back in my property. Great crew too and the salesman wasn't pushy at all.

All around a good experience. The appointment was the same day for a clogged sink. Everything was thoroughly explained about the condition of my home plumbing system. They offered a free sewer scope (very nice and knowledgable tech), which allowed me to catch a few problems very early. This will end up saving me a few thousand dollars. I'm now going to have them check the other systems in my house (furnace, hot water heater, humidifier). Aksarben has gained a loyal customer for sure.

They were able to get here fast because the lines had blown and it was a disaster. They gave a fair price an finished it in a timely manner. The work looks fantastic. They took pride in their work.

Very clear about what was found during inspection, what issues are immediate and which ones we should plan for, and during discussion of pricing we established that replacement may be the more cost effective way. Overall, informative and engaging communication, time efficient during diag and service.

I had the Pro Service Plan for a year for tune ups and emergencies. The technicians are all nice people, but as others have mentioned here, their expertise is highly questionable. I had a problem with water filling my inducer motor and causing my furnace to stop working in the winter. I had 4 or 5 technicians over the course of a year come look, and not a single one took it seriously or could figure it out. I kept on having the same problem and losing heat in the winter which is super annoying. Finally, I had a super young technician come do a tune up since I was going on vacation over the winter and wanted to make sure everything would work fine while I was gone, and right after he left, the furnace stopped working, and the next morning the inducer motor was full of water and my house temperature was 50 degrees. I called Aksarben that morning and told them I needed another technician to come out ASAP as the house was freezing and I didn't want the pipes to freeze. They said the earliest they could do was 9 pm. For a problem THEY CAUSED. Asked to speak to the manager, and the lady on the phone laughed at me and said she was all I could talk to. Absolutely laughable customer service, completely inept technicians, and they are usually late. Worst part is, I ended up just doing the work myself and it was the easiest thing EVER. I literally found the issue in about 10 minutes, got the water out of the motor and had heat back up and running in 20 minutes, and made a permanent fix within the hour. 54+ years of business and "HVAC professionals" couldn't fix something that I, someone with absolutely 0 technical knowledge of HVAC or furnaces, could fix within an hour. Folks, please don't fall for these scams. The only time these companies are necessary is when you have a legitimate emergency and/or are unable fix if yourself. Just pay the fee at that point. Don't get a service plan. Watch a Youtube video and you can do a tune-up and fix most issues yourself within 10-20 minutes. It's that easy. All these companies are just scamming you and taking advantage of your laziness/ignorance. Learn how to do it yourself. Residential HVAC and furnace troubleshooting and maintenance is NOT THAT HARD.

We have a newborn and when our AC unit went out during the hottest month they made every effort to come inspect and ultimately replace the unit as quickly as possible. The technicians were very professional and clean with their work. This would've been a five star review but I noticed our furnace wasn't kicking on this month with the cold weather. Called them up and they dispatched someone the next day. Very clean and professional as well. I gave him a brief description of the original work done and he immediately found that the furnace was not hooked back up to the new thermostat. Took him less than 5 minutes to be done and on his way. Overall very satisfied with service except for missing hooking the furnace back up. I used to work in the service industry so I get all the little things that could be missed. Would definitely still recommend them!
