New Lite Exterior recently installed our gutters and repaired damaged areas of our soffit and facia. The price they quoted was outstanding, but more importantly, the amount of time and careful effort they put in to the work they did was greatly appreciated. I know our project was not a very big job for them, but they certainly did not treat it that way. They did not cut corners or try to rush the job through. Tony and his crew are also extremely friendly and professional. They went out of their way to to make this a positive experience for us. I would highly recommend them for jobs big or small!

I had New Lite Exteriors install a patio door in my home. The exsisting door was there when we moved in and was installed wrong. Tony installed a new door made the neccessary repairs didn't even charge extra. He also fixed and wrapped the exterior trim to match. It was awesome having someone come in and do everything correct with no short cuts. You can trust this company to come in and do the work right! He is now doing work on my parents house and I reccomend him to everybody I know.

We had New Lite Exteriors come out and replace another company's less than impressive work on siding repairs for 2 sides of our home. The crew were very courteous and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They also replaced some old buffalo board that had to be replaced as well and I was very happy with how well the repairs were done and how much attention to the details in fitting and installation was done. We had some particulars about the work area and the need not to disturb some landscaping and were extremely pleased with how they managed not to disturb our landscaping. We were so impressed we are having additional siding replaced this summer. The initial repairs were done in late summer of 2016 and the new repairs will commence summer 2017. Tony is great to work with. The quoted pricing was well within our budget. The work is outstanding in attention to details. The crew is well mannered, professional, and courteous. We couldn't ask for anything more!

Tony at New Lite Exteriors has done work for us twice, and both times we have been extremely pleased. In the late summer of 2015 while we were trying to sell our home, he redid all the old horrible siding. A lot of companies who bid out the job just wanted to side over top of what we already had, but Tony refused to do mediocre work and did things the right way by stripping everything off, inspecting all the sheathing and replacing it as necessary, and then putting on the house wrap and siding. He also wrapped the soffit and fascia as well as garage and patio door, completely transforming the complexion of our home.

Just today, Tony and Greg wrapped up work on a new deck for us at our new house. The old deck was about 25 years old and had been pretty neglected. They built an expansion onto the deck and replaced all the old decking, railing, stairs and joists. We now have a deck almost twice the size and couldn't be happier with it! It will definitely serve us for years to come and certainly adds good value to our home.

The skill and craftsmanship is quite apparent in the work. Tony refuses to settle for anything less than perfection and you can tell he takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is top notch and greatly appreciated.

Also, Tony is always extremely fair with his pricing. To top it all off, he's the nicest and most personable contractor I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We will definitely be customers for life. Any time I hear someone say they need something done, I refer them to New Lite and they will be the only company we call in the future for any work on our home!
